The following report is all about Kingston-Bryce Limited, which is known to be a custom
furniture manufacturer. This particular firm is very much specialized in hand-crafted dining
room tables (Kerzner, 2017). Board of directors of this firm has identified an option needed to
purchase a competitor who is also specialized in customer furniture.

custom furniture manufacturer. The organization is specialized in manufacturing hand-crafted
dining room tables. The company has come up with a plan to acquire a competitor which will
help in expansion of operation (Heagney, 2016). It is expected that around 18 months’ time will
be required for completing the major milestone. In order to have successful acquisition, there is
need for suitable project management skills for overall success. Acquisition can be stated as
when an organization makes purchase of other firm shares. It merely helps in getting control of
that company (Binder, 2016). If the purchase is made more than 50% stock then will allow the
acquirer to make decision about the acquired assets.

The duty of executive team members is to satisfy and provide balance the demand of

most of the situation, the customer needs are kept at very first. The customer will make a choice
regarding the business to competitor which is important for innovation (Martens & Carvalho,
2017). The mere focus is all about offering products and value for money.
Employees: These are one who create and provides required products or service which
the consumer consume. Some of the best employees of this organization will suffer due to
acquisition, so individual need to look after them (Kivilä, Martinsuo & Vuorinen, 2017). If this
manufacturing firm wants to draw and retaining talent at various level then there is a need for
offering them will attractive terms and conditions.
Shareholders: They come up with their own company. They come up with seed capital
which is needed for getting started so that their needs are vital. (Meredith, Mantel Jr & Shafer,
2017). They are broadly defined on plans with respect to revenue and profit so that shareholders
are completely satisfied.
Local Community: The organization wants good citizen and healthy association with the
local community (Kerzner, 2017). They only want employer who provide good place for
working. It is very much important to lower the priority as stated above.
Supplier and Distributor: There is need for collaboration with the partners so that they
can run their business. The suppliers and distributors lack most of the important essential skills
need for building a long-term relationship (Heagney, 2016). In addition, the partners come up
agenda which can be replaced by better partners.
