Main purpose of this report is to create a business project in which the external macro and
micro environmental factors will be analyses. In this project report, a new start up business that is
Tasty wing is going to open fast food restaurant. As analysis of environmental factor's is a part of
the organization strategic management. Therefore, to establish its business successfully in market,
respective company need to conduct a market research to analyses those factors that have great
impact on the start up business. Therefore, this report mainly will include external influencing
factors, the internal and external required information such as company's suppliers, pricing,
employees details, preference and so on. At last this report will also include the recommendation
to the company.

INTRODUCTION
In corporate world, business plan is is considered as summary document to outline why
and how a new business is being created. In this, new entrepreneurial ventures prepare formal
document that outline company's long term objectives (Faghih, Vahabzadeh and Danesh, 2022).
In this report a business proposal is prepared, in which a new restaurant being opened. This
restaurant that is Tasty wing will offer the fast food item including hot dogs, pizza, fried chicken,
hamburgers, white flour baked goods and many more. This company will be based on partisanship
structure as there are three partners in this business.
Mission- Its mission is to serve happiness to customers by proving quality and delicious meals
and extraordinary restaurant experience when working towards a greater food for employees,
environment and community.
Vision- Tasty wing's vision statement look to future and aid give the business direction by
communication their goals.

factors, porters five forces and recommendation for the chosen business project .

PEST analysis is that framework which is used for investigating the macro environmental
elements that have an influence on organisational performance (Guillou and Schönberger, 2022).
When fast food sector was performing well before pandemic, a fresh set of the challenges or
issues have emerged before it due to spread of the coronavirus. Pandemic abruptly has put a halt
on everything and also disrupted supply chain. In relation to Tasty wing, changes were followed
by the innovation in term of the variety and customer services, changing in social trends, and
many more are discussed below:
Political factor- Government polices in relation to fast food product ought to ensure that
they have complied with the food quality, regulation and hygiene specification so as for
protecting the public health. There are various regulation/policies related to the food
quality, hygiene and wages that need to be complied by Tasty wing. For instance
respective company should obey The Food Safety Act 1990, in which it need to pay
attention towards the food safety.
Economic factor- This element influence how a business operate and contributes to an
amount of the profit. Fast food business demonstrate an excellent ability for adopting in
face of continuously changing trends. By starting a new business, Tasty Wing will
generate employment as it provide job to individual within society.

Threat of new entrants- Due to the barriers, threat of new entrants is moderate for the
Tasty wing. Firstly, the capital requirement might be low or moderate to become and
established organisation on fast food industry, nevertheless enable to attain the economies
scales as a new entrants it is very difficult as they are entering to in this sector with a lot
market share (Moreau and Zhen, 2022).
Threat of substitutes- In relation to Tasty wing, due to the determinants, threats of
substitute is high. For instance, government has introduced a proposal during 2018, to cut

existing business has an experience in this industry. They have more knowledge and
technology that make the competition very tough for the respective company.

the company to allocate the required resources effectively. It make enable the company to manage
all the moving parts and also cut down on stress. A new start up business required various internal

details of employees and many more. In this report the respective company get impacted by many
external factor including political, heterosocial, social and economic. Porter's five forces also
influence the fast food industry in term of bargaining power of customer and suppliers,
competition market and threat of the substitution. Therefore, from the above discussion, it is
analysed that as fast food has been born out of modern way of individual's living in society.
Regrettably, the impact it has on individual's health and body are negative. So the fast food
enterprise should make effort to avoid such ingredient that may impact people's health negativity.
They should use good quality product and healthy ingredient so that individual's body does get
impact so adversely. It will make the organisation to earn a good reputation within market
efficiently.
Recommendation
As per the above discussion, it is recommended to Tasty wings that to maintain freshness
of the food product, company should not order in bulk. They should uses the good quality
ingredient in their foods product. In order to run their business successfully respective company
need to analyse such factors that any impact its operational activities. For instance, Tasty wing get
impacted by the social factor as delicious food is not sufficient to attract the customers. So,
respective company supplement it with an increased convenience and a low cost in order
encourage customers. It is responsibility of its management to analyse the forces that impact its
