INTRODUCTION
Environmental audit refers to the identification of different environment
compliance related to management of organisation. For starting a new business,
there is requirement of different resources such as finance, machinery, raw
material, etc. so with the help of environmental audit different factors which
affects business can be evaluated.

“Drinking Hub Restaurant” is the new
business which is launched by
individual. This restaurant serves all hot
and cold type of drinks with sugar and
without sugar such as various types of
shakes, juices, tea, coffee, espresso,
cappuccino, etc. This place is specialised
for Dark Chocolate Sugar Free Shake.

The reason behind launching this business is because people at Harrow Street did
not get any option to sit and have varieties of drinks such as during meeting
with clients for official purpose. Individual has interest in restaurant, hotel
sector because of innovative working technique.

Organisational Structure
“Drinking Hub Restaurant” is started in partnership with two members
registered under legal partnership act. Profit, loss, expense, etc. sharing ratio is
equal because they have invested same ration amount. Apart from this there is
chef, dishwasher, cashier, server, etc. these are the people who assist in
providing best services to consumers through active listening demand of
consumers and keeping hygiene factor in mind.
