INTRODUCTION
Business environment is sum or collection of various kinds of internal and external
factors that includes the employees, customers and their potential needs and wants, supply and
demand side of products and services. These all factors directly affects the functions of an
organisation and their regarding environment with situations. This report is based on the Kent
county council that are one of popular council of county of Kent in England. That function for
the waste management by rubbish and recycling of products and services in proper manner. This
report is based on the acquire understanding of the nature of environment at micro and macro
level and with their impact on the various stakeholders to gain important insights. With
effectiveness of responses of organisational policy actions taken by stakeholders.

MAIN BODY
Demonstrate an understanding of nature of environment that organisation operate in.
Businesses operates in dynamic business environment that directly and indirectly impact
on their business activities in which they are operating. There are two kinds of environment for
an organisation that are internal and external business environment both are very much important
for a firm and each of these creates a unique set of opportunities and challenges to the respective
organisation (Babu, 2012.). In context of Kent county council they to save environment focus on
the recycling and rubbish management government of UK seemed to be faster in majorly
renewable energy sector that almost 50% of the world market based on the renewable energy and
that sector gives employment to almost 3,00,000 people. They have to majorly observe or
evaluate the major factors that directly impacts on their business environment that are
requirement of environment and political business environment with social interest to take proper
decisions (Bansal and Hoffman, 2012 ). In that regards the business owners and managers have
great control over internal environment in which consist of the decision making of an
organisation to remain always competitive in marketplace. In nature of business environment
consist of external and internal that directly and indirectly affect on business activities of Kent
county council that operates in market of UK that are dynamic business environment and rapidly
changing as per them have to build various kinds of strategies and tactics that helps in major
decision making. In order to business environment is uncertain in nature as it is very much
difficult to predict the future trends of business environment with accuracy to remain always
competitive in marketplace. In recycling and rubbish management they collect necessary
information regarding the potential factors that affect on their business decision making and
related factors influential factors on their decision making to remain always relevant in
marketplace (Belás And et.al ., 2015.). By planning and managing the waste hierarchy with
setting priorities to waste management in terms of better for the environment to get sustainability
in environment. So it is very much necessary to plan and accord with the environmental changes
that not helps to gain sustainability but also build consumer loyalty.
