Evaluate the effectiveness and your usefulness of the learning experience This investigation is useful and effective for me because it has built my innovation and creative skills. This investigation has increased my comprehension about concepts of creativity and innovation in an organization. Through the introduction section, I have learnt that there is growing retailers in Australia and also burden on suppliers and manufacturers is increasing and continues erosion of scope. I have also gained my knowledge that innovation and creativity is competency of person that helps in developmental implication regarding system. From the literature review, I have generated my understanding about the creative and innovation aspects. It is pointed that there is high opportunity for designing that helps to increase the value offering of the company. It is observed that there is certain corporation such as Proctor & Gamble, Inc, and IDEO that consistently depicts the outcomes of this integration (Amabile, 1988). This research was also valuable for me to gain my experience in the application of design thinking to business. In this way, I have learned that creativity can be created via using corporate structure. In this way, it is evaluated that open-minded management is required for addressing the potential brought by combining the integrity creativity into the procedure. 2. Explain how this learning process will be useful to you Through this investigation, I have increased my knowledge about the innovation management and success. In this way, it is observed that company should focus on experimentation, acceptance of risk and right to make a judgement. I have also gained my learning that organization approach is developed at the time of transformation at the workplace as it helps to enhance the human competencies, creativity and commitment by gaining the organizational learning. I will apply this new knowledge and insights into the future. This approach would be

I have also generated my knowledge creation and innovation quality ties could be built via adequate orientation of ideas and building of individual learning. 3. Describe objectively what happened in the learning process I read about the application of innovation and creativity in learning organizations. In this way, I have learned that learning companies use an effective strategy for building the operational and informational perspective to attain the required excellence. I hear that self-orientation aspects are another kind of innovation at the workplace, which is known as open innovation. I also observed that it is performed by parentally and fragmented funded subordinate company. This method was useful for me to focus on an innovative area and aids me to become good innovator at the workplace. I have generated my knowledge about the research questions and hypothesis. I have pointed out that the research question can be categorized into two parts i.e. primary and secondary type. This helps to arrive at research objectives by responding to each question through the literature review (Davis, 2010). I have also created my understanding that the research hypothesis is beneficial for assessing the relationship between two variables. In this way, I have learned that this research study focuses on two variables i.e. innovation and creativity, and business operation(Coulson- Thomas, 2018). In this way, I have learned that investigator would use explanatory research tool because it would enable for providing the development with reference to operational perspectives of research(Amabile, and Pratt, 2016).I have also generated my knowledge that this technique is significant for assessing each perspective regarding research procedure with regards to the subject taken into consideration. 5. Explain your learning process I did several activities at the time of investigation such as methodology and designing of existing investigation. In such a way, it is pointed that qualitative technique provides the knowledge regarding subject oriented complication with suitable possibilities. Furthermore, it is observed that 2-3 textbooks, a set of 4-5 online journals, and some websites would be practiced in this investigation because it provides the overall development of subject’s knowledge (Yukl and Van Fleet, 1992). I have also increased my understanding that effective organization of data would be implemented because it aids to constitute several operational possibilities associated with the investigation(Sarooghi, Libaers, and Burkemper, 2015). I did a literature review in assignment 1. For this, I have gathered information through different journal articles, textbooks, online websites, and academic publications. I have also gained my comprehension that quantitative research creates chances of gathering the reliable with truth information(Lewis, 2015). I have also enhanced my learning that data would be gathered via different sources of primary data gathering technique such as group surveys and individual interviews. I have also gained my experience that there are certain reality based aspects that take into consideration for development of investigation. I have also increased my knowledge that the practices of

I have gained my understanding of the correlational perspectives that are related to organizational development and functional perspectives. It is involved in collecting the data through quantitative data gathering techniques such as the application of innovation and creativity in the application of business(Hong, Hou, Zhu, and Marinova, 2018). It was beneficial for me to gather the high amount of information evaluation. 6. Explain Plan how this learning you will apply I have gained my learning that research has different aspects with reference to the availability of resources and it could be implemented to develop the concept. I will apply this learning to the future in terms of developing the different aspects regarding research issues. Moreover, I have gained my knowledge regarding certain limitation that could be addressed in this investigation. This learning would be applied by me to avoid the limitation in further research work. I have also improved my understanding about the time period. This learning would be applied by me to manage the activities on time. I have also increased my understanding regarding the area of concern that is associated with this research. I have also learned that there is need of high time to coordinate each prospect of research as for when I will make research schedule in future, I will take more time for conducting the research for obtaining the reliable and valid outcomes. I have also increased my understanding of the depth assessment of respective research subject and appropriate field in the specified time period. I have also gained my understanding that completing the research is the targeted time period is more challenging for completing the
