Topic Identification
The topic for the following research is “Impact of Motivation on Employee
Retention”.
Problem Definition
The resources based on the human labour which is to be retained consists of a
momentous based on the achievement and also the development of the various kinds of the
objectives. The retention of the employees is certainly one of the most important as well as
strategic source of the competitive advantage for different kinds of the business
organizations. According to, Shah and Beh (2016) the employee attrition can have a
significant impact on the execution of the different kinds of the business plans and thus it can
lead to a decline which is seen to be much parallel in the capability of effort for the business
organizations. The aim of the following study will be to study the impact of motivation on the
retention of the employees of the business organization (Haider et al. 2015). The management
must have the ability as well as the capability to gain an understanding of the different types
of the perspectives for the employees and also to effectively measure the retention factors.
The proper and effective understanding of all these factors can be said to be important and
critical to the achievement for the business organizations in the market.
Commitment, productivity and retention issues of the workers are gradually emerging
to be the most critical management issues for the workforce as well as inviting different types
of the business challenges to the immediate future of the business. The different kinds of the
challenges include loyalty of the employee, corporate restructuring efforts and tight
competition for the introduction of the key talent of the business organization. These are all
attributed to the absence of proper motivation of the business employees (Shah and Beh
2016). The total absence of proper factors and training for the motivation of the workers and
the attrition rate of the workers during the critical times generally leads to different kinds of
