INTRODUCTION
In this report, it will discuss about the work life balance concepts that require to maintain
coordination in between home and work. It always consists of individual working needs and
allocated specific time for work. It ensures to balance the proper coordination for completing
task within deadline. Furthermore, it will describe about the different type of qualitative method
technique that uses for collecting information about work life balance and also determine opinion
or view point of people according to their personal experience.

Literature Review
According to Sánchez-Vidal, Cegarra-Leiva and Cegarra-Navarro (2012) said that work
life balance is a term that mainly used to refer the policies that strive achieve greater
complementarity and also balance between home responsibilities or work. The policies are
applied to all type of employees at workplace, not just for working married men. It is particularly
judging their own ability to combine with both family and working life. As per (Boiarintseva and
Richardson (2019) argue that work life balance is commonly used as comprehensive expression
to describe the policies and procedures but now extend beyond family. It refers to flexible
working arrangement that allows for married men to balance between personal and working
responsibilities. It mainly preferred due to fact that need find out experiences of men and more
progressive framework in which to think new ways for satisfying the working.
Mantri, Kale and Patel (2019) said that the negative side of work life balance between
family interaction where it will increase lack of communication with family members. It mainly
occurred of employees, men who always busy in their office work. The responsibilities towards
family is important than outside but it have started to deliberate on the essence of work life
balance. On the other hand, Jones, Mlcek and Bridges (2019) working men cope with the work
life demands and also identified that working men with either disabled children because they
don’t give proper time for children’s and support in both physically and mentally. It will generate
a lot of issues and problem in family due to lack of interactions in proper manner. Schwartz and
et.al. (2019) said that it needs more time for children but men showing their work frustration on
children and increase conflict between them. Bourdeau, Ollier-Malaterre and Houlfort (2019)
collected the information through qualitative method and identify that work conflict had strong
which effects for both males and female. It also indicating that there are 399 dual earner couples
