A CSR program is a prospect for the organizations to validate their good corporate citizenship. As per the research, the customers also like to purchase the products from the organizations which are supported to solve issues cared by the customers. More than 75% of the customers refuse to purchase the products from the organizations if it is experienced that there is issue contrary to their beliefs.
