Such activity enables firm tocreate effective image in the customer market and thereby helps in achieving success. It can besummarized that scholar will employ qualitative research type for analyzing the CSR activitiesperformed by M&S. Besides this, it can be inferred that to analyze CSR activities of M&Sscholar will employ inductive approach and interpretvism philosophy. To gather primary datasurvey will be conducted by the researcher on managers and local people via questionnaire.Along with this; researcher will also make analysis of books, journals and scholarly articles thatare related to the CSR of M&S. Hence, by following all such methods scholar will makeevaluation of CSR activities of M&S.
