Main aim of TESCO is to be the global leader and access international market to enhance their growth as well as overall development. Evolving with this process also enhances the business opportunities at larger scale. By going through globalisation, consumption of goods and services has been reduced which results in low cost of production of TESCO. With ethics, beliefs and strategic policies functions as well as operations are easily operated amongst different culture and environment. Main reason for chosen firm success is that they consider and focus culture and people of different countries while making decisions & implementing tactics or new structure for their business. This leads to establishment of positive relationship between countries, firm and customers present globally.
