This research project focuses on the potential need of managing cultural diversity for enhancement of organisational operations. It includes a case study on Unilever Plc, a large British Dutch consumer goods firm. The study aims to understand the concept of cultural diversity in the context of business, ascertain the need of managing cultural diversity within Unilever Plc, determine the impact of managing diversity over the operations of Unilever Plc, and identify effective measures for managing diversity at the workplace. The research methodology involves quantitative research approach and data collection through a questionnaire. The findings will contribute to the knowledge base and understanding of cultural diversity in the workplace.
