Work life balance is very important for the employee. If there is no proper balance
between personal and professional life then this will create problem. So in this
report business research skills are applied so that the current problem of work
life balanced can be solved.
The main purpose to conduct this research is to apply the skills and get to know

advantages and disadvantage if that is not maintained.

INTRODUCTION
 Business research skills are the ability through which an answer to a given
question or problem are find out of the given topic. It includes collecting the
data, analyse the information and then interpret it in the context of business so
that the mangers get to know about the solution. To write the business research
the researcher need to posses the three skills that are library the resources, data
analysis and technical skills of writing the report.

STUDY
 In this case study the Leah has talk about the Ethnographic research. Leah had
taken this approach because in her view the data that is collected is ongoing and
is based on direct observation. Ethnography is the branch of anthropology. By
using this approach the research try to understand how the people live their life.
Here the Intel or the investigator observes the observer in natural environment
rather than in artificial surrounding. Ethnographic approach is used when the
research is of qualitative nature. Here a social interaction is made and in depth
insight is being got of the given situation. This method includes direct
observation, diary studies, video recording etc.

 Job satisfaction: Job satisfaction play a major role in maintains a equilibrium.
If the person is not satisfied with the job then they cannot make a proper
arrangement between their job and family.
 Workplace stress: Stress kills the person a lot. This is the major factor in many
working areas
 Job environment: working environment plays a major role in creating a proper
stability

 Know the work environment: Insider research help the Leah as she will have
a good and sound understanding about the work environment

The research phenomena can be any issue or problem that the researcher has
chosen so that they can investigate on it. The phenomena can be generated
either by the practical world, by any theoretical experience or by any personal
experience. In this research the Phenomena that Leah has selected for her
dissertation is work life balance that is chosen by her personal experience.

Research approached is the planned procedure that the researcher used so that a
detail data is collected, analysed and interpreted. The research approach always
based on the type of problem that is been discussed in the report. There are two
type of research approach that is inductive and deductive.

Data collection is rhe process of gathering all the relevant information abut the
topic from various sources so that solution can be get for the issue. There are
two type through which data can be collected they are Primary source and
secondary source

Sampling is that process where the researcher select a group of people out of the
population as a part of sample and do the research on them. This is done by the
investigator because it is impossible for the to collect data from larger number
of population
 Data analysis:
Data analysis is referred as the research methodology that assists in analysing the
information in systematic way
 Research ethics:
Research ethics is the set of values and norms that researcher need to be follow
while collecting the data

CONCLUSION
From the above case study it is been disused that many employee failed to
maintain work and personal life and that create problem for them. In this case it
is also happen with Leah as in previous job she is not able to balance due to
which she decide to switch the job. If the work life balance is not balanced then
lot of problem is created like stress, frustration. And this all is created by either
by work pressure or by family problems. So it is very important that a proper
balance is necessary.
