INTRODUCTIONHuman resource is the one of the most important department of any organization becauseit directly measures the performance of the employees in an organization (Veit and et.al., 2014).In the current report varied recruitment documents that are used in the current organization arediscussed in detail. Along with this, major communication and employability skills that areneeded in respect to the specific job role are discussed in detail. Along with this, major physicaland technological resources that are needed for operation of an organization are discussed indetail. At end of the report, different sources of internal and external sources of finance arediscussed briefly. In this way entire research work is carried out by the researcher.PROJECT 1P1- Describe the recruitment documentation used in DebenhemsAs part of recruitment documentation there are some documents that are prepared by theHR manager of the Debenhems.
