INTRODUCTIONIn a business ,there are needed many types of resources for achieving the desired result oroutcome like human resources ,financial resources etc. This project is based on TESCO that deals in grocery stores (Storbacka, 2011). This project will explain the recruitment document used in TESCO ,main employability, personal and communication skills ,main physical and technological resources required in the operation of business and sources of internal and external finance in TESCO and at last it will describe the use of budget.TASK 1P1 Recruitment document used in TESCOThere are many types of document that are used by TESCO at the time of recruitmentwhich are as follows-Job Advertisement – It is a notice that jobs put out for the public to see to inform themof a job vacancy they have open. It includes the job title, requirements, what makes asuitable candidate and responsibilities. It has objective to promote the job vacancy and toinform the people about it so that they can apply and it ensures that person who apply forthe job is suitable or not.Job description- A job description explains what skills are required in employees to geta certain job. It explains limitations and skills which are needed for the job and the dutiesand responsibilities that the employee will have if they get the job. The purpose of this isto inform the candidate of what they will be doing if they get the job and what they needto do the job.Person specification- This is an expansion of the job description. This outline thetraining requirements ,grades and personal qualification of the individual to actually beconsidered for the job. This is all about skills and the purpose of this Is to outline clearlyto candidates what they must have to get the job (Granger and Schroeder, 2013).Application form- It is a form which companies give a candidate to fill in. They do thisso they can get the information they want and the candidate is able to expand more afterthe CV they have given. The objective of this is so the company can ask the candidatewhat they want and find out information they need.

P2 The main employability ,personal and communication skills required for a jobEmployability skills -It can be defined as a skills that a person needs to have in order toget a job and be effective in the job role he or she has. Such skills allow the employees orperson to have a mutual and friendly relationship with colleagues or the manager thus ifthere are any problems that arise they should have ability to resolve it. For example –qualification ,experience related to job (Zander, McDougall-Covin and Rose, 2015).Personal skills- It can be defined as a skills that a person may possess but does notnecessarily need when applying for a specific job role. There are many examples of suchskills which would benefit the business including speaking differentlanguages ,trustworthy and having a sense of humour. It is good if employees orapplicants possess such skills when applying for a job as it will make them more likely toget the job as it shows the employer other skills that the employee have that can help thebusiness. These skills are useful at every job.Communication skills- This skill is very important because it helps in achieving the vdesired success in every field. It can be defined as a skills that help a person conveyinformation to another person efficiently and with ease. Managers with good written orverbal communication skills will benefit the business. It is because they will be able totalk to anyone and can understand everything. TASK 2P3 Main physical and technological resources required in the operation of TESCOIn TECSO company there are many types of resources which are as follows-Physical resources- These resources are what a business needs to be able to operate andcarry out it's work (Chao and Chandra, 2012). Without physical resources a business willnot be able to pay the running costs and will also not be able to recruit employees.
