Introduction
In this report, Business skills are defined for e-commerce. For my project, I have selected O2
business that has payment option, personal and business option. To payment or access, the O2
website the user first registered them on the website. This report is categorized into three parts
where first part describes the core functions of the e-commerce business with their aims and
objective. The second part of this report defines the impact of the E-commerce with defining
the risk, impact, customer services, pricing options, global market, delivery system, and
manufacturing with the new design of products. The third part of this report, defines the design
of the payment page and another page of the O2 e-commerce website and also defines the
research methodologies, financial implications, security, and also evaluates the e-commerce
solution.

P1.1 Assess the core business functions of your selected organization
My O2 is TeleCommunication Company in the United Kingdom it is also a Spanish Tele
Communication Company is situating in Slough. It is the second largest mobile network
operator. According to Ofcom, It is also a leading digital communication company with the
highest customer satisfaction. It has 25 million customers. It provides 2G, 3G and 4G network
across the UK. It has 450 retail stores. It plans also available in pre and post-paid version
(BiteSize, 2014).

Enterprise Value: -
$5 million- $75 million
EBITDA
$2 million- $10 million (Less for add-on)
Industries Type/Business Type: -
Niche Manufacturing, Niche Distribution, and Certain special Situations.
Geographic Focus:
It invests in companies like the United States and Canada with the preference for the Midwest
and Great Lakes Region.
It provides phones, tablets and sim cards only. The social networks also executed on LinkedIn
and Twitter.

In this page the company update all news, offer and claim for the customers. In the menu bar
there are few types of menus like
Shop: - In the shop the customer browsing the shop for seeing the shop details like bestselling,
devices, phones, upgrades, sim, great deal, accessories and coming soon products.

More for you: - In more for you the customer browses the more of you like more flexibility,
perks, and services and connected. In
More flexibility: -Customer browses for O2 Refresh, Recycle, and Upgrade.
More Perks: - Customer browses for O2 Venues, Rewards, and Tickets.
More Services: - Customer browses for O2 MY O2 and NSPCC.
Connected: - Customer browses for O2 Network Coverage, WI-FI, Travel, and Drive
Apps: - In-app menus, the customers see all the updates and features in O2 such as reviews,
latest app, and news. In Browse App customer can search like
My O2: - In this, the customer will upgrade and track usage and more.
Priority: For O2 users the user will treat as VIP and they get big and small deals.
O2 Drive: - In this, the users take cares their own car by using O2 Phones.
Network: - In this the O2, gives the report for network issues and network coverage and check
the speed test also.
Connectivity: - In the connectivity, the user always stays connected with the network. In
connectivity, the user also used the more features in connectivity like 4G speed, a free O2 Wi-Fi
hotspot, and Network Coverage. In network coverage, the user also sees the Coverage Checker,
Live Status of Network and Help.
Help: - In this, the user takes help from this menu like for all help device, delivery, O2
community and Contact Us.
My O2: - In this, the user firstly registers for using MY O2 personally when they sign in their
profile on O2 then they check all details on O2 and also check all the manage details and view
their bills also.
About Sign-In Options: -

In this when the customer already signed in My O2 then they directly enter in their profile by
using their Username, in username they can usually use their email address, and then fill the
password option, for the strong password they used upper and lower case for maintaining their
password strong.
When the user signed in their profile they can see all updates, their bills, managed their details,
Track Orders, Delivery of their phone, Online Payment and Help Support. When the user sign
they can use the My O2 for personal and business purpose
