The dataset consists of information about the call centre employees of two locations
coded 1 and 2 in the dataset. The idea is to statistical analysis to investigate key relations
between the variables involved and help the management make informed decisions.
The variable of interest in the dataset are:
*Original staff or replacement staff
*Median call time?,
*Median above 3 minutes?
*Number of complaints?
Thus the analysis is done taking these four : two categorical and two numerical variables and
the results are provided below in the report.

for median call times for original employees ( 3.35 mins ) is greater than median call times
for the replacement employees ( 2.93 mins ) by (3.35 – 2.93 ) = 0.42

The sample statistics for call centre 2 employees calculated in excel shows that the average
for median call times for original employees ( 3.39 mins ) is greater than median call times
for the replacement employees ( 2.84 mins ) by (3.39 – 2.84) = 0.55 mins.

Thus from the analysis of both the call centre 1 and call centre 2 it is clear that on average the
median call time of the original employees is higher than the replacement employees.
