In this business report, it will discuss about the Adecco recruitment agency that based on
UK which provide different type of staffing services. There are large number of 500 company
establish their branches across the world. The organization was formed in 1996 as a result of
merger of different French business. the organization has experienced of increases market share
through sustainable growth and also seeks to maintain market position within UK. In this way, it
also expanding their business in different areas such as London and down south.
Vision and Mission of Company
Vision: the vision is to ensure that people across globe are motivated, inspired, developed and
trained for future enhancement. In this way, they always empowered to thrive which stimulated
of success and give chance make better future. The organization work together as team to share
information of client regarding staff which increase process of recruitment in different
organizations.
Mission: The primary mission of Adecco to provide various type of temporary staffing, career
transition, placement and talent development. it always establishes coordination with the other
companies to provide staff in education sectors. The recruitment agency covers many sectors
which may including industrial, legal, technical and financial etc.
