INTRODUCTION Business environment means the overall internal as well as external circumstances ofthe business organization. Each and every corporation is more or less impacted by theenvironmental factors. The intensity of the impact of these defined factors is greatlydependent on the type of the firms. Therefore, it becomes really vital to evaluate the businessenvironment so as to achieve a unique position in the market (Capon, 2013). Pertaining tothis, the main aim of the current research report is to analyse the business environment of theorganization. In this regards, McDonalds is being taken as a case company. It is a largest foodchain located all over the world having high profile brand image in the market. The reportwill focus on types of organizations, their size, scope, legal structure and inter-relationship ofdifferent functions. Further, analysis of the environmental factors and their impact onMcDonald will be done along with the identification of the strength and weakness. Theirimpact on the decision making will also be evaluated significantly. Further, there are different types of organizations whosebusiness and purpose are quite different from each other and some of them are beingexplained underneath: Ryanair (Private Sector organizations) – Talking in relation with the private sectororganizations, they are those firms which are being owned and controlled by privateindividual and groups. They are not controlled by the state (Ricks, 2009). The mainpurpose of such organizations is to generate high amount of revenue and create higherprofits. Ryanair is an Irish low cost airline which was established in 1984 in Ireland.The main aim of the firm is to become a low cost leader in the airline industry ofEurope. In addition to this, they also aim to achieve high growth, increase their sharein the market and want to maximize their sales. National Health Service (Public sector organizations) – Focusing about the publicsector organizations, they are sometimes also being defined as the state sector whichis owned and run by the government for their people.
