involved in designing, manufacturing, promoting together with selling motor vehicles in the
competing market place. It do not involve firms contribution towards maintaining auto mobile
delivery to end consumers. The sub sector do not manufacture heavy trucks addition to
recreational vehicles. Various issues that are affecting the sub sector are as follows:
No deal Brexit: It has been considered as major issue within auto mobile sector due to
exit of United Kingdom from European Unions which resulted in clear as well as presents danger
towards the sector. Prior to Brexit, Eu represented around 81 percent as well as 52.8 percent of
imports and exports of vehicle volumes of UK. But after this, there was introduction of
automotive tariffs such as 10 to 22 percent connected with commercial vehicles, 10 percent with
passenger cars and around 3 to 4 percent on automotive parts. In addition, the production level of
vehicles within the sector has also fell due to no deal Brexit that has threatened the viability of

have to increase their car or other vehicle prices that may not be preferred by market and
consumers decreases buying such vehicles that results in decrease of sales volume of car
manufacturing companies which overall affects profitability of auto mobile sector.
The electric challenge: For getting the emissions level down, various car manufacturers
needs to sell big quantity of electric vehicles or technologies but is is one of the issue on their
path. With the subsector, vehicle manufacturers fails to provide electric vehicles in right quantity
due to various unforeseen hurdles (Thomas, 2019). They are required to make alterations in their
existing operations as well as gears of various cars to mass market and for this huge investment
is required by the companies which creates pressure on the whole auto mobile subsector. The
increasing pressure as well as combination of new threats from high tech firms is also trying to
muscle towards auto business which forces car manufacturers into mergers. Other than this, there
are various countries whose market is not ready to accept the electric vehicles due to poor
infrastructure for charging stations of roads, expensive battery technology, lack of charging
stations and many more reasons. Technological limitations, consumer uncertainty addition to
production challenges plays key role in hampering overall automobile sector.

Cars Limited as No deal Brexit can help the entity to make relations with other surrounding
countries like Switzerland and many more that are other that European Union and shutting down
the premise that adds more costs and opening new workplace where more motor vehicles can be
promoted for increasing demand (Magrogan, 2012). With increase in product demand, company
can satisfy more customers and can add them as their potential clients that will increase their

in proper manner with updates technologies so that they can satisfy the need of electricity
vehicles in the competing market. With this challenge, the entity can also improve its market
position and brand image through delivering the electricity vehicles in bulk quantity in limited
duration. It will not only help in satisfying market needs but also managing production with in
the competition from other companies that impacts on increasing demand for vehicles in positive
manner.
b. Negative impacts.
Other than the positive impacts, the key issues also result sin negative impacts for chosen
entity. For example, due to no deal Brexit, there will be huge pressure on the entity to shut its
premises located at EU and to remain in dynamic market for making revenues, the firm is
required to open new offices in other countries. For overcoming from the pressures and acquiring
new locations, managers of respective entity has to make investments in bulk quantity that will
show outflow of cash and decreasing profits of the entity resulting in negative impacts (Nguyen
and Et. Al., 2019). In addition, the entity also have to add its costs in the prices of renowned
vehicles and announcing the changes in prices may impact on changing perceptions of potential
customers for products that can lead towards decline in customer base that can impact in
negative manner on the selected business concern. Similarly, the electricity challenge also
creates pressure of Bristol cars Limited to acquire updated technologies so that they can

engineers who have knowledge about the technological application. Acquiring technologies and

shows negative impacts on business.
4. Challenges faced and overcome in preparing reports.
Preparing accurate report without any challenges is what one individual wishes. But
wishes are never fulfilled as there are various challenges lying in the path of preparing reports.
While preparing report, I faced various challenges. Some are as follows:
Information collection: It was too difficult for me to collect the relevant information
concerned with topics of the report. To collect the statistical data and putting comprehensive
procedures of data collection into appropriate places was very tough. Various challenges within
data collection as faced by me were poor quality assurance, choosing inappropriate time,
insufficient financing, lack of facilities, systematic errors and poor quality control. Many times,

I wanted to assess process effectiveness but discovered the things that were not required and it
was very frustrating.
Finding authenticity of information: While preparing reports, another challenge that I
faced was searching authenticity of the information. Authentic source is something that provides
well reasons for discussions and arguments which are based with strong evidence. During the
collection of required information, authenticity plays crucial role as it states whether collected
information is authentic or not. I also faced the challenge to search authentic sources for the
collected information. It was too difficult for me to search accurate source and analysing it
correctly with the information as it consumed more time.
The above challenges were overcome through various ways:
Scheduling activities: Scheduling is balancing the load of system as well as ensuring
equal resource distribution so to giving priorities as per set rules. While collecting information, I
scheduled by workings and prioritised the necessary activities so to collect information within set
duration. I first laid down scheduled plan including time allotted for particular activity,
sequences of activities to be performed, estimated resources needed for each activity and
followed the sequence of orders that helped me in overcoming challenges while collecting
information.
Taking support from others: In order to find authentic sources of information, I
contacted my superiors and colleagues who helped me in searching reliable information sources.
They guided me to use various websites from google scholars and using various programs
addition to applications such as Trooclick, Lazy Truth, Genuis, Skeptive and Truth Googles. All
these programs helped me at levels to check the information content authenticity during
preparing the report.
From the challenges faced by me in preparing the report. I learned to manage my time as
well as information in proper manner. In addition, I also learned various techniques to collect the
data with proper research and its sources. Challenges also helped me to gain knowledge about
the ways in which I should apply my skills in various situations.
