APPRAISAL
During your time with Café Rouge, you will have bi-annual appraisals.
This is an opportunity to talk with your line manager about what you
have achieved in the last 6 months, your areas for improvement and
any career aspirations you may have. From your appraisal you and
your line manager will also create a development plan for you to work
through.

Please refer to your role KPI’s on the Guide to refer to Key Performance Indicators in order to assess your past performance and establish what you
have achieved. The overall Capability rating, will be based around the 5 KPIs and you need to choose which of the ratings below describes your
performance level the most for each KPI.

the activities. Within this, mention can be made of the self-evaluation exercise, which the employees are instructed to conduct at regular intervals.
