Introduction
Project management is defined as process that involves applications of skills along with
experience for managing project. Basically, it involves process to lead the team for attainment of
goals and ensure success within peculiar time frame (Bjorvatn and Wald, 2018). In this report,
the project is carried out for Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group who are
planning for organising musical concert for raising funds as well as creating awareness. With
reference to this, network diagram, work breakdown structure and stakeholder analysis will be
illustrated. Furthermore, risk analysis will also be conducted by taking into consideration
different methodologies.
Task 1
Solution
The network diagram above has illustrated probable two critical paths:

1→2→4→6→7→20→21→22 =109 days
Therefore, the minimum time that is needed for completion of project is around 109 days.
The duration that is set for completing project is 101 days. The extra cost involved within this is

8 days that are considered for completion.

Task 2
Stakeholder analysis
The individuals or group of people who have direct or indirect interest within the peculiar project
refers to stakeholders. In context of musical concert, the internal stakeholders are organising
team of events, raw material suppliers, sponsors and many others. On the other hand external
stakeholders are local communities, spectators, government, etc (Demirkesen and Ozorhon,
2017). The power matrix for musical concert is specified below:
 Keep satisfied: Within this quadrant, the stakeholders who have low interest are included
but the decision making power is high and scalable for event organisation. For an
instance, government as event is carried out in public domain then they are liable to
ensure that adequate business practices are utilised by them. This makes it important that
all the needs are communicated in an appropriate manner.
 Manage closely: Here, those stakeholders are involved who have high interest as well as
high decision making capabilities. An instance can be taken into consideration like
sponsors, event organisers, owners and various others (Ika and et. al, 2020). They are
accountable for ensuring that event is carried out in successful manner and will have high
impact through this. Thus, all the requirements must be included while carrying out
communication.
 Monitor: Within this quadrant, stakeholders are regarded those who possess low power
as well as decision making such as spectators who are concerned with results that will be
attained from event. Thus, there is no need to interact all the critical details with such
kind of stakeholders.
 Keep informed: This comprises of stakeholders who possess high interest within the
event but decision making is restricted or low. They are volunteers, employees and
workers of event who have organised event. These stakeholders must be informed with
necessary information only but only decisions or information must be interacted that are
concerned with their responsibilities (Kerzner, 2019).

By segregating work into different specifications within standard profit methods will be
utilised for making work more congenial as well as rational is referred to work breakdown

structure or distribution structure. Organisations utilises this approach and leads them to ensure
there liabilities that are associated with the project. This will further aid within coordinating, cost
and ensure that all the activities are done within desired time frame.
Project management illustrates breakdown structure like a progressive breakdown of
work that has to be carried out by the employees associated with the project (Kivilä, Martinsuo
and Vuorinen, 2017). Basically, there exist two kinds of WBS; they are publication based and
tier based. Generally, delivery based approach is utilised by organisation as here emphasis is laid

Quality Expectation
It is important that quality of lighting and sound is good. Crew along with performers
must possess experience of around 1 year. Furthermore, it is necessary that costumes that are
being used are in good condition as well as the costumes are not in torned so that at the end
moment any kind of difficulties are not faced by them. Photography crew must have high quality
camera, should have high storage space with night vision as well as flash light (Rodríguez-
Rivero and et. al, 2020). The rehearsal must be conducted in order to ensure that all the activities
are synchronised and are managed timely. Furthermore, there have to be adequate number of
security guards for managing crowd and avoid any kind of unwanted situation.

The project must not be finished in more than 101 days as this will lead them to minimise
the additional cost related with complete project. Sound must be clear and any kind of
disturbance must not be there and on the other hand lighting must be done properly in necessary
places such as rehearsal rooms and all the places of the venue.

The acoustic metrics of room are (EDT, T10 , T20 , T30 , Ts , C80 , D50) and the sound
pressure levels are (example LAmaxF, LCPeak,LAeq), frequency spectrums, speech
intelligibility. The A-chain implies artistic chain that involves stage equipments, performers
along with mixing effects that are being made via sound engineers with reference to performers.
Chain B comprises of PA structure that includes preparation of structured signals, enhancers and
extension devices. PA structures denotes transition structure for outdoor environment, stable
structure for having indoor views along with this they are characterised via peculiar recyclability

 Waterfall model: This utilises sequential along with linear approach for creation of
project life cycle. It will aid event management firm to segregate event through which
output of one stage acts as input for the other. This comprises of initiation, building,
construction, hiring, execution, etc. This aids them within planning as well as completing
within peculiar time frame.
 Agile: The method utilises technology for promoting, developing as well as test project’s
life cycle. Event management firm can effectively utilise the project within the
stakeholder management as well as have communication (Tereso and et. al, 2019). This
