INTRODUCTION Every human being needs to maintain their well being. This is done with help of various determinants of health that is described by WHO. But there are many health issues occurring related to heart disease. It is highly affected on lifestyle of people (Andersen & et.al., 2019). The cardiac arrest may occur due to various reasons. It depends on what health issue is faced by people. This essay will describe about health issue of cardiac arrest of male of age 25- 60 years target community of city of Casey, Victoria, Australia. Also, it will be discussed about role of nurse in health education, literacy and empowerment. MAIN BODY Cardiac arrest is common health issue which is being faced by old age people. But in recent times this issue is rising in male of age 25- 60 years old living in City of Casey. This population is highly vulnerable because City of Casey is growing fast in Victoria. So, due to that there are many infrastructure development, buildings, etc. is going on. Thus is has led to impacting on ecosystem and biodiversity of that area. Hence, it has changed lifestyle of males and they are now not eating healthy diet, doing exercise, etc. therefore, there physical health is impacted. So, it has been found that due to these changes male of age 25- 60 are highly vulnerable to cardiac disorder. Also, males of this age group are working (Baldi & et.al., 2020). So, they have to work in harsh conditions. It can be evaluated that there are various determinants of health contribute in it. Here, first is change in physical environment due to rapid development of area. It has led to change in living conditions of people. Here, another is working conditions of people due to which they are not able to focus on their health. The working conditions are harsh which has led to risk of cardiac arrest. Thus, these are some health determinants which contribute to it. ROLE OF NURSE IN PROVIDING HEALTH EDUCATION Nurses play a key role in monitoring the health of the nation. It is important to put forth the education that is required to be an integral part of every health practice. In this the nurse role for inhibiting the information into people will actually facilitate the behaviour of those that are getting equipped with the knowledge (Gleason & et.al, 2017). It is an individual right in order to get to know about the diagnosis treatment as well as the benefits that are related to along with the cost and alternative. Every individual health status will have to be confirmed at regular intervals and this entirely will be the responsibility of nurse to deal with incorporating right knowledge 3
regarding their health status. Based on and individuals interest the nurse will further teach and found cell different aspects that are needed. They will have to co-ordinate with different individuals in terms of providing care and does their regard to be health care coordinator. Relevant health services must be known to every individual and those are to be incorporated by nurses at regular intervals such that a proper knowledge regarding health sector will be provided. The kind of education that nurses incorporate into an individual will therefore define the factors like self-care self-employment and many other dependencies related to healthcare system (Cowdell, 2019). Empowerment and health literacy Health issues regarding cardiac disorder cardiac arrest and heart failure are regarded to be one of the common aspects that are pertain in this current world. Many people out there are not aware of the things that are leading to this particular case. There might be different sources with regard to the knowledge that is enhance and incorporated into public with regard to cardiac as well as the heart failure issues (Ferreira & et.al, 2018). The duty of nurses in this regard will provide a clear understanding about all the components that will lead to cardiac problem. This health education when provided to people who are 25 to 60 years old will help them to identify the choices that are to be made by them. Considering the city of Casey Victoria Australia there seem to be different issues that are in regard to mental health as well as the ones that revolve around heart. The duty of nurses in this regard is to empower them where the mere facts that are actually related to the cause of these issues. The complete knowledge regarding the onset of these issues will therefore be helpful and the individuals can be aware of all the requirements that are needed to be purchased by them. The Chosen group in this regard is males between 25 years to 60 years. the onset of 25 years well explain the atrocities that fall in regard to an individual. Their for explaining about all the health problems especially to the mail will help them to understand the components with which they will have to deal with (Kelly & et.al, 2017). Their habits as well as the consequences that occur in the society will therefore be handled with the prior knowledge that is inculcated by the nurse. The people who are oppressed with health issues will therefore be provided with power coalitions that are required for them to inhibit the changes as well as the challenges of the community. This will help the individual to go with alternative measures in order to win over the health conditions. It has been stated that there is connection between health promotion, community health and primary health care. They all are interrelated to each other in some or other way. Basically, health promotion means to make people aware about how to improve their health and its determinants. Community health is intersection of health care, economics and social interaction. Primary health care is essential health care provided to people (Landry & et.al.,2017). So, it is found that nurse must promote health care to improve people health. They must create awareness among people on what practices can be followed, how to remain healthy, etc. Alongside, nurse plays vital role in community health as they provide care services to people. Besides, they find out needs of people in society and then accordingly provide care. In addition, nurse is responsible for primary health care as well (Perkins & et.al., 2018). They work in front to give basic and essential care services. Hence, it can be said that in all these nurse role is crucial. When health promotion is done in effective way then it automatically led to contributing in community and primary health care. So, in this way cardiac arrest health issue can be reduced in male of age 25- 60 by health promotion by nurse. Health promotion is also related to health education. CONCLUSION From essay it can be concluded that cardiac arrest health issue is rising in male of age 25- 60 years old living in City of Casey. This population is vulnerable because of rapid growth done. The health determinant in this are physical environment and working conditions of people. It has impacted on health of community. Nurse play vital role in health education, literacy and empowerment. They make people aware about health determinants and how to improve their 5
health. The factors may influence care on this people as they will become aware about how to solve this health issue, they will have knowledge about it, and will apply in their well being.
