INTRODUCTION Personal and professional development can be defined as the collective or overall development plan of a person who is willing to improve the quality and standard of life either personally or professionally in terms of career development and area of interest. Knowing oneself helps the person in making it's way for betterment in it's life so that enhancement could be developed in life. Growth in skills and abilities are equally essential because until and unless, growth structure is not framed in a person's action plan than it can be very difficult to implement such career and personal plans(Gould, 2017). Therefore, the following discussions are made on the destination of the person's graduation that what and why this degree has been pursues by the person, analysis of roles which includes the associated history and trends, what is the current job description of a person and what is the job specification of a person for an ideal job, reflection which involves skills and experiences of a person related to it's past and present as well, personal development plan, curriculum vitae and cover letter with a proper findings and conclusion. MAIN BODY Graduate destination I have completed my initial level of study from History and Geography Tourism University of Stefan (Tsai, Vanderford and Muindi, 2018) Mare for the period of time of approximately four years from month and year September, 2000 to August, 2004. Next level studies are completed by me in Health and social care NVQ level 3 for the period of time of approximately six months from month and year June, 2017 to December, 2017. Final level studies are completed by me in Bedfordshire University / Health and social care from month and year February, 2018 to present. Reason behind pursuing the studies of health and social care are that I want to start up my own business in the same sector that is care. I have chosen such profession in my life because it gives me self satisfaction after doing such jobs and I like caring for the people who are in really of need and must be taken care of. This is the reason why I want self owned business in this particular field for better and self contentment in my life. There are many roles available for people who work within the care sector. At present, I am working at as a care assistant for Ren Caring(Barnay and Juin, 2016). I also work with private clients as well as theBedfordshire University. I havebeen working like this since the
year 2014, prior to which I used to work for Fit Shirt in Woolwich. I used to work as a printing/packing operator. Along with that, I was doing my NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care. I have been working since 2010 and I started off my career as a babysitter in Italy wherein my daily responsibilities were to take the child to her kindergarten school, feed her, play with her and take care of her daily activities such as play with her and put her to sleep. I have also worked as a carer for an elderly lady, who was 88 years old and was dealing with Alzheimer's disease. I used to look after her daily needs like cooking, cleaning around the house etc. There are different trends within the care sector for the elderly, but they require the most assistance with their day to day chores. The market trends in providing care for the elderly people include technology focused services that are provided in order to make it easier for them to receive quality services. I believe that I can play a significant role in providing care to the elderly people because I have experience in the same sector. Reflection Skills and experiences are defined as the abilities and qualities of a person who is expert in a particular field and wants to pursue their future plan either personal or professional according to the skills and experiences they are having. Skills are either in built in a person or gained by practising or rehearsing for that. Experience is the practical implementation of that particular skill in an organization and achieve the certificate of job experience in that particular field of interest. Combination of both skills and experiences makes some aspirations in a person which a person try to accomplish their desires by working for it through the enhancement of skills and gaining more and more experiences(Tattum and Tattum, 2017). Starting from the year 2010 to 2012, I was a babysitter little girl named Issabella in Italy, she was about three to five year old at time. My daily duties with her were tacking her to kinder garden school, feeding her, playing with her, putting her to sleep and keeping her company while her parents were at work. I have good interpersonal skills and due to which I will be able to run the business in an effective manner. I believe that all of the experience that I have, I will be able to execute my learnings while conducting my business operations. I have good leadership skills which means that I can lead a team of people in the work. But I will need to develop organization skills so that I can organize the tasks in the business in an effective manner. This will provide me with the relevant experience so that I can conduct the business operations in an effective manner. Therefore, these are some of the skills that I currently have and need to develop or improve.
