INTRODUCTION Self reflection is refers to the reflection on our self which helps the person to know about himself by knowing its strengths and weaknesses. The person can do the self reflection and can make the action career plan in order to cope up with the weaknesses. This report is based on the accounting manager who is the professional and used to make the financial reports are made on date and comply with the standards. This report will outline the personal analysis or the self reflection on the skills, knowledge and reflection. In this it will include about the areas where the account manager is lacking and skills learned. Further this report will outline the Career action plan by using the SMART objectives and summary of the SMART objectives. This report will further include the jobadvertisementand CV of the account manager. MAIN BODY Personal Analysis The account management refers to the practice of providing the best services to the customers, support them and improve the opportunities in order to increase the consumption of their product. This helps them to have retention and have more sell of the opportunities by having good customer base (Crane and et.al., 2019). As the role of the accounting manager it will make me to know about the financial reports are made on time and they are complied with the standards or not. From, my learning I have developed by communication skills, mathematical skills, excel skills which helps me to become the accounting manager. As I have done my graduation in accounting management I am sure tat I will get the job as the accounting manager which helps me to develop my mathematical skill more. This accounting management sector is the bets sector in order to increase the skills and knowledge of the person. As an account manager the person is required to have the learning of some technology skills in order to get the best job. In the current era it is very important to have the technological knowledge which helps them to grow in their field (Guthrie and et.al., 2019).By getting the job role in the account management sector it is very crucial to learn about the use of the technical things like computers
and laptops as most of the work is done by using these things only. It is very important to have the knowledge related to technical things as these helps the person to grow in the organization. I am very good at learning of the technical skills which helps me to get the job of account manager and helps me to grow. On the computer I can do the best work by using the excel which is the most important software in this job. The communication skills is one of the important skills that the person must have which makes them to have bright future. The manager of the organization must have the great communication and talking skills that helps them to have more selling of the products in the market (Englund and Gerdin, 2018). In order get the job role of the account manager I have the best communication skills which helps me to resolve the problems of the customers. By knowing about the Belbin team roles it helps me to know about the nine team roles and helps me to develop those roles in order to get the job. As my team work skills were not good which makesmeto havelesscommunicationwith thepeople.In my learninginthe account management I have also done the aptitude test which helps me to know that this job role will be suitable for me after my learning. By doing the aptitude test it helps me to know about the career that is good for me in my future. My leadership skill was not so proper that I need to improve in order to work as the account manager in the company.As this is the most required skill which helps me to lead my accounting team in the workplace. In order to improve this skill I need to work on this skill and have to become the best account manager.This job is an excellent opportunity for me in order to flourish the fresh ideas with the industry and make the better career (Reddrop and Mapunda 2019). It is very important to have the information of the customers which helps the managers to fulfil the needs and wants of the customers. As every job is required to have the different skills and knowledges so the accounting manager must know about the skills he need to develop in order to get the job in the account management sector. My analytical skill was not also good which I got the feedback from my lecturer during my learning. So I also have to work on the data analytical skill that is the most important skill to get the job of account manager. The accountmanager must have the ability to analyse a business's data and make the proper financial accounts of the company by complying with the standards. As it is very essential to have the technological knowledge in order to work as the accounting manager as in the current era, all the accounts related work is done by using the technology (Tan and Laswad, 2018). Further, in order to improve leadership skill I need the good team which I can can lead. In the technological skills the resources required is new and innovative technology. The data analytical skills can be improved by having the proper researching of the data. These skills will be improved by me mostly in the short term and this will help me to get the job in accounting management. As these are the most important skills that is required in the job of account manager. The data analytical skills will helpme to have the proper analysis of the data and have better records of the financials. CONCLUSION From the above report it is concluded about personal analysis or the self reflection on the skills, knowledge and reflection. The personal analysis is based on the getting job as the account manager by having the graduation in accounting management. This report will also conclude about the areas where the account manager is lacking and skills learned. At last this report will describe about the Career action plan by using the SMART objectives and summary of the SMART objectives. This action plan will help the person to know where he is lacking and time to overcome the skills.
