INTRODUCTION
Self-reflection can be defined as that activity or that process through which an individual
attempts to raise the standard and levels of the quality that individual already posses, and also
figure out which qualities and skills within the individual are required to be developed (Rao and
Teegen, 2009). Here, that individual tries to identify specific areas which the individual has to
develop after making proper alignment of those skills and capabilities with the dream profile of
that individual. In this report as well, I have attempted to make self reflection of the process and
developmental actions that I had taken in order to make myself compatible with skills of Human
resource Manager, which is my dream job. The report is the assessment of necessary and crucial
skills, which I have to adopt and develop in myself, in order to become a very efficient Human
Resource Manager. Also, the report includes Action plan of activities and steps, will be taken by
me in order to become a proficient Human resource Manager in future. Development of Action
plan was necessary, so that skills can be cultivated and developed in time targeted manner. At
last, I have developed a potential Curriculum Vitae and LinkedIn job profile, for getting a good
insight about the practices, will be undertaken in searching for good job.
MAIN BODY
Self-evaluation
This section of the report is targeted by me in assessing my strength and weaknesses of
those skills that are essentially required by me in my dream job of Human Resource manager. To
make an effective analysis I have targeted each of the skills separately and then I shall be
comparing them with my present attitude and quality, that whether or not these skills are
effectively present in me or not.
Communication and Teamwork skills- Human resource manager is the one,, under whose
leadership and supervision all human assets are working. Also, the same manager in the
organization is responsible for cultivating essential attitude and talent within these employees
that makes these employees aligned best according to organizational goals and objectives. In this
manner, communication skills are most important to be present in the HR manager so that
necessary motivation, building morale and ensuring their engagement with organizational goals

and objectives, can be effectively made (Storey, 2016). Considering my communication skills, I
think that these skills are present in me, in good scale. This confidence is gathered by me from
the co-curricular activities, performed by me in schools and colleges, and also in the model
business classrooms and other areas as well.
Attention to details- Human resource manager is required to pay details to many of the
important subject matters and of particular concerns. These skills are required by HR manager,
due to many complexities and perplexities desired by developments in modern business
environment (Kianto, Sáenz, and Aramburu, 2017).
I consider that, these skills are yet to be developed by me at the professional levels.
Although, I am the one who is always keen on learning new things and have an attitude of
acquiring good knowledge all the time. But, the levels at things are required in a HR manager of
high proficiency are yet to be developed. It is necessary that, to solve the complex problems and
challenges present in business environment, and related to employees in the organization,
manager is required to have really good knowledge of multiple issues in different context.
Adaptability to change- Adaptability to change allows HR manager in maintain flexibility and
efficacy in attitude and planning the work as well. Through this, the HR manager prepares
himself good enough in handling many unforeseen challenges. Especially, while dealing with
employees, rigid attitude is not helpful for the Managers (Wisshak and Hochholdinger, 2018).
These skills are considered by me as the weakest. Many of the times I have realized that
frequent and sudden changes in planning are troubleshooting for me and while handling these
changed circumstances I get nervous, mostly. At this time, when I am pursuing my studies, these
are challenges are realized by me in my study plans. I have realized that, if my study plans get
disturbed, even for a shirt while, then its impacts are longer in me (Chams and García-Blandón,
2019).

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that, elf reflection is one of the most
efficient technique in developing good skills and prospering talent within the individual, by the
