INTRODUCTION
In the academic life of an individual, it is essential to focus on developing a major career
action plan. The career action plan is a major approach that helps an individual to increase
potential for a given career field. It is essential for an individual to focus on developing career
action plan in order to develop systematic growth. Majority of academic institutions focus on
developing a key approach in handling the career action plan. In this project the selected field or
area for career action plan is human resource management. The main task of an individual is to
analyse and develop effectiveness in career action plan to achieve life based goals and
objectives. In this project I will evaluate key practices which are important for development of
career. The main role of an individual is to focus on developing a key approach in handling the
consequences and challenges that arise in between the career path. It is one of the major role of a
candidate to also perform personal analysis which is mentioned in this report. This report also
includes development of a curriculum vitae and LinkedIn profile for achieving career growth.
Main role of mine is to focus on improving key skills and capabilities that are required for the
job role of HR manager.
