INTRODUCTION
Personal development is about to improve the overall skills and potential of the
human being so he can achieve better and more diversified career growth. This report is a
reflection of the individual personality assessment of an individual. The individual SWOT
Analysis is conducted to analysis the individual personality of the individual human being.
Skill audit will conduct to identify different elements and aspects related to the individual
personality of the human being. Action plan will also suggest improving the potential of an
individual. CV will also further update in this project.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis
Strength
Strengths are the efficiency of the individual in order to achieve the overall growth
and objectives of the individual. My skill audit and personality assessment test has allowed
me to identify the following strengths as an individual.
Time management: I carry an effective time management skill. This is a key skill associated
with my personality that has supported me in performing all my responsibilities on time. This
is a key skill and strength associated with my personality. This has guided me to deliver the
best level of operations always as an individual (Ramirez, 2017). Management skill is a key
positive thing an individual can hold in its personality to achieve the best level of career
heights as an individual. This makes me more compatible against other individual available to
perform the similar actions.
Leadership skill: Leadership skill is another efficiency I carry as an individual. This is
among the major capability I hold as an individual. My leadership skill has always supported
me in making the dominant presence in the every area I perform or operate. This ability could
allow me to guide other at the work place or in the college (Calvo and et.al., 2016). This
involves various other strengths like delegation skill, communication skill and many such
abilities that van allow the individual to achieve the best possible career heights as an
individual.
