INTRODUCTION For an individual the important part of life is his/her career. Once a person select thestream and field of their education and qualification as per their professional and careerdevelopment, they next big step to make a career action plan to take of the plan for their career.To develop a career action plan the first requirement after education qualification is developmentand identification of personal skill, abilities, capabilities in both personal and professionalcontext. The present reports cover all the aspects defined above where I will analyse mypersonal skills, knowledge and experiences to work at a position of administrator in a warehouse.The areas of improvement and development will be identified along with conducting a selfSWOT analysis for the job of warehouse administrator. Furthermore, in this direction a career action plan will be developed where I will identifythe requirements in personal development and improvement in carer related activities. For thiskey skills, knowledge and profession experiences which will required to effectively conductingthe job a warehouse administrators will be identified which requires a further improvement.Along with this the report includes a resume (CV) which will present all my personal andprofessional skills and qualification and my achievements. Also a LinkedIn profile is preparedto get much access to the opportunities available out there. In the last conclusion is written downto present the synopsis of the whole reports and outlining my personal analysis result and careeraction plan.PERSONAL ANALYSISCurrent Skills, knowledge and experience: I my classes I have developed certain skills over working under the professional andcorporate culture. This includes communication effectively with people and I have gained aknowledge on how to deal with people under pressure when and convert a negative situationinto win win situation. I have been working on this skill form a long time as this is utter mustrequirement for my profession where I need to deals with various people and work under adverseconditions as well and handling the pressure is also there (Rubens and et.al., 2018).
