ï‚·INTRODUCTION Career action plans allow the individual to set or accomplish their goals. It includes steps to achieve the goals, these plans can developed, revised for the development process (Bosman, Strimel and Krause, 2020). It can be understood as a path which can be followed by the individual for their better future. The Project is about to develop a career into the auto mobile industry. This report will cover the self reflection in which skills, knowledge and experience are being discuss. Based on the criteria about skills and knowledge career action plan is needed to improve the skills. Finally, report includes the Curriculum vitae. ï‚·MAIN BODY ï‚·Self reflection on personal skills, knowledge and on experience Self reflection is about self analysation to know about everything. It likes a seeing into the mirror and explain ourself. It helps to know about strength and weakness through which one can improve if they are lacking in something. To make a career in an auto mobile industry required a skills and knowledge so that company will consider as a candidate for their job post. Current skills: Skills are the inborn talent, which helps to carry out any task. It helps to build a successful career. Skills help to decide what career need to choose. I have a some good skills which help me to decide what to pursue in my life. I have a communication skills I am able to speak in front of few people but somehow I lack in conveying my message to large audience. Through my school-days I always hesitate to take part in debate function, but I am able to speak in front of my class. Effective skills which are required to make career are good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills (Bordelois, Mustelier and Zevallos,2018). I am very focused and passionate about my work it is a good thing about me during my college days me and my team were told to make a project through which I assist my team-mates and I got to know that I have a good leadership skills all the team members also shares their opinion, and we completed that project with good remarks. I love the things which are being organized therefore I always try hard to make thing in organize manner. During project, I also learn that I have a good interpersonal skill which allow me to motivate my team-mates in completion of my project. To make a career in a auto mobile industry I required to work on my problem solving
skills, communication skills and on technical skills, critical thinking so that company will see me as a good candidate for their job post. Knowledge: Knowledge is the power it is the ability to know about anything which help to achieve anything. In my life knowledge is the key to success. I always used to be a good student during my school-days or college life. I always pay attention to what my teachers are teaching which improves my focus and it allows me to enhance my area of knowledge. Being attentive in the class help me to develop some skills which help me to carry forward to pursue my career. During my college days my professor always praised me for being attentive in the lectures. Academic knowledge always help me tofigure out things to follow in my career path. All comprehension I gained during my academics help me to decide my career it helps me to develop a skill which are required for my job post. Other than academics knowledge I also learn from my surroundings, I started working on my project which help me to gain other thing's knowledge. There are some area which I need to improve for my better career (Gould, 2017). Experience: Experience is something which help to look into things which need to be improved. Good experience bad experience both are important for good life. It is the wisdom which allow making changes for the good. If somehow we fail in something then it also a experience so that next time we keep this in mind to achieve success. For me experience is about having a knowledge of something I always learn from any event which is occurred around me. During my university days I was invited to talk about something (Koponen,Julkunen and Asai,2019). I was very nervous to start with as I never done this thing before my professor encouraged me and I go to the stage where I started with little nervousness but after some time I feel relaxed and finally I completed my speech it gives me a good experience through which I develop confidence in myself. To see as myself in an auto mobile industry I started internship to get a good experience which can help me throughout my journey in this industry. I also need to encounter vehicle sales, direct indirect sales for my job.
