Introduction
A career action plan is an vast planning script or document made and owner with
managed by young people for intention to reflect their increment in career development and
learning. This kind of plan is basically to help younger people to set their goals with clarifying
the actions needed to achieve these goals and committing in to participating in the planned
activities (Lin, and et.al., 2020). Where as self reflection is the ability to evict and witness of
own evaluation of our own cognitive, emotional and behavioural processes. The other terms used
for self reflection are reflective awareness and reflective consciousness. In this report an personal
analysis is done as per the job role of digital marketing job with using swot analysis as an
evidence for the individual job role. And at last of this report an career action plan is being
developed which will include the knowledge and skills that need to be developed further.
