INTRODUCTION
Career action plan and self reflection helps to monitor progress in a number of areas
such as work undertaken or elements of learning. Aim of career action plan is an individualized
plan students use to identify career goals in described manner. Self reflection allows us to
analysis and take necessary steps to pursue future career goals.
This profession is benefiting administrator, specialized HR positions, employee relations
manager, safety manager and staffing manager in senior as a bright future in this career industry.
Demand of HR professionals attracting many people to choose this as a career goal because of
new emerging job role in the profession of HR executive. It is important to be familiar with
having numerous personnel records related to workers for HR executive professional. The report
will explain personal analysis and specific career related activities. Furthermore, the report will
portray career action plan of HR executive professional with analysis.
PERSONAL ANALYSIS
Strengths
I reviewed of my current skills, knowledge and experience in which I found that I have
certain abilities in my personality such self-confidence and Communication skills which are my
strengths and these will help me achieve my future goal of becoming HR executive professional.
My interest of being organized and taking risk attracted me to the career field of HR executive
professionals (Chérif and et.al., 2018).
I pursued my studies in the field of bachelors degree, My knowledge of having
managerial and teamwork skills are my strengths, ensures that I am compatible to do job like HR
executive professionals. I am comfortable in making difficult decisions and I also enjoy solving
problems.
I have prior experiences as my strengths, of organize and managing events as a
voluntary in an international event where I performed. As an event voluntary I have learnt
communication with client and presented as a problem solver.
Weakness
Areas where I felt weak in my overall application, I need to bring professionalism by
attaining the training for the key skills of HRM professionals such as adaptability and integrity.

In addition, In order to apply for HR executive job, I required to Learning Work Ethic which
will help me to get my dream job (Kryscynski and et.al., 2018).
Feedback and information reviewed within the seminars such as Executive Diploma in
HRM reviewed that, HRM professionals practise management to evaluate the employees, here I
need to work on my weakness. As well as work experience as a voluntary in event helped me to
learn importance of teamwork and being multi tasking, increase efficiency in work.
In an electronic formate I collected sample student work evidence, that showcase my
learning over-time. Artefacts showing my learning progress achievements of leadership and
management skills during my graduation period which is less, it causes other weaker point. I
identified my advising and teamwork skills are weak and due to the minimum time remaining of
graduation period , I have very less time to learn new skills.
Opportunities
Career plan required to do necessary research in order to determine current market needs and
trends for finding new the opportunities. I can work as an HR manager, HR director or chief
human resources officer in the future, these opportunities after choosing HR profession as
career, boosted my interest. HR executive act as an internal consultants and individual at this
job post leads a team in order to gain success and growth of the organisation. It enables new
opportunities to learn use of new technologies which are also current market trend in every
industry.
Threats
Workplace culture- Workplace culture can be the biggest threat it can cause lay-offs,
mental health crises, social unrest and an economic downturn. The Specific career related
activities which are major threats in the profession of HR executives, is to Engaging the
Workforce and Attracting Talent to the Enterprise (Allen, Williams and Allen, 2018).
Workplace culture can be the biggest threat, I need to learn the human resource
management knowledge and skills to Managing Relationships in the work environment.
Technology- The key trend that has increased the threat in the HR professionals because
of Continuously updating Technological. Up-gradation of Latest technology It will threat
