INTRODUCTION
A career view refers to the clear vision of the person where he wants to be and what he
has to do in the future. This makes the person to know about what you aspire to and what
inspires your work life. Job opportunity means the opportunity for the people in order to do the
full and part time job in the companies. This report will outline the personal analysis which
includes the current skills, knowledge, and experiences, related to the both academic and from
the other areas of the life. It will also outline the areas that are needed for development. Further
this report will develop the career action plan which will show both short-term and long-term
actions which are required to prepare for the opportunity of the HR.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis
A personal analysis can be done by using the SWOT analysis which makes the person to
know about its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This enhances the skills,
knowledge and experience of the individual (Maxwell and et.al., 2020). The personal analysis is
very important as it makes the individual to evaluate and understand their personal skills, values,
priorities, interest and passion. This self-analysis will help the person to gain the clarity and
make the person focus on their weak points and work on the opportunities. This makes the
person to know about themselves and work on the weak and lacking points. The swot analysis of
the person interested in job of Human resource manager (Personal SWOT Analysis to Assess and
Improve Yourself, 2021). The SWOT analysis is very useful tool which helps the HR in order to
have better strategic planning.
Strengths: This factor includes and identify the positive factors of the person in which he
is doing well. It includes the biggest achievements, success and positive personality traits. This
shows the capabilities and expertise of the person in the particular field (Niranjanamurthy,
Nithya and Jagannatha, 2019). It also includes what the person has successfully completed in his
academic or professional career. By having the qualification certificate it makes the person to
have proof about its strengths.
