INTRODUCTION The report will cover the skills required for the job opportunities that I have chosen in my previous assignment. Which was Human-resource-management and that refers to the significant insights, about the strategies having to approach of effective and efficient controlling and monitoring of workforce in organisation that offers competitive benefits. With the specifics set of skills required for the job opportunity in HRM, such as communication, leadership, problem solving, recruitment and decision making are some of the skills required. In this report I will cover the skills that are required for the job opportunity and skills that I already have with the help of Swot analysis like a self evaluation which will allow me to show case my strengths, weakness, future opportunities that, I will get from the job HRM with respective threats that can come in between or during the job. With the help of swot analysis this will give the basis of my self evaluation . In addition to the weakness reflect in self evaluation, I will make a career action plan accordinglyto overcome my weaknesses and that will help me in future benefits and help me to get my career some benefits. MAIN BODY Personal Analysis Personal analysis is a concept where person can evaluate self worth and evaluation of the person from which one can identify there personal analysis. To do this here in this report I am using Swot analysis Swot Analysis Swot analysis is a concept that help to identify external and internal factors, as well as future potential. Provides a framework to evaluate the competitive position and develop strategic planning. STRENGTH Communication:communicating is my key strength, as I have a ability to convince people in a way with my communication skill that people get attract. Which will help me in HRM job as communication is necessary for a hr WEAKNESS Recruiting:recruitingrightpeopleforthe needed job is important, as being a HRM it is essential part to choose right person according to the needs required in the person for the job in need. Sometimes the HR has to identify the 1
manager. Leadership:Beingagoodleaderinany workplace is needed, and my leadership is my strength as I am good at leading team and making most out of the team worker. A leader can either make or break the team, as it is up-to theleaderhowthereteamworkersare performing. Hence my leadership is important in HR and my strength will help me for my future benefits. Problem solving:problem solving attitude is necessary in HR job as they need to analysis the problem and give appropriate solution to the employee. My problem solving attitude is good as I am good at analysing the problem andcomeupwithrightsolutiontothe problem, which will make this my strength. requirement needed in the organisation and do the recruitment accordingly, hence I do not havethisparticularwhichbecomemy weakness. Politeness:Patience is important in this job as youaremeetingnewpeopleandhandling employees everyday, which requires patience in day to day work life. My patience is low I get angry and frustrated very fast, which is my weakness for future also. Decision-making:HR manager required to do fast decision on certain situation. In reference to my evaluation I can not able to take fast instant decision, which I need to take care of. Henceitbecomesmyweaknessforfuture benefits. OPPORTUNITIES Training:I need to adaptmentoring, as a HR manager it will be my responsibility to train new employees according to the workforce and keep track on there working status whether theyareworkingproperlyornot.Doing mentoring gives me many benefits in future alsoasitwillhelpmeingrowthofmy personality development, hence it is a great opportunity for me to adapt in my personality. New opportunities:There are possible new opportunities after being a HRM, this will give provide growth in my personality and opens newopportunitytome.Therearegreat THREAT TechnologyChange:Constantchangein technology will affect my position on HR as newmodernizationwillcomeallthebasic work of Hr will be automated, this will affect mywork.Astheythetechnologyand knowledgeofmodernizationischanging keeping up with the work will get hard on me formyfutureworkinHRmanagerand keeping update knowledge.
