businesses desires to scale there business operation as well as attaining the edge over there
competition for that several strategies of Human resource supports in achievement of long term
desires and rules of the organizations in according to my personal evaluation where are few
elements which requires to be understood in the area of Human resource management. If actual
communication is very much necessary for all the commercial organisations which promote their
staff or an employee that can interact or communicate the organization in front of their potential
consumer base. So such capabilities it’s very crucial which is better and beneficial for my future

growth. Take digital media Human resource associate requires to make strategy of Human

broad number of the consumers at once. So managing the platform of social media as well as
digital Human resource requires lots of experience and skills which I really need to adapt. In
addition to it as advancement is technology is emerging rapidly which is beneficial in this career

goals of the organization. In order to deal with this I required to acquire the understanding of
digital Human resource for my potential future career. Moreover to this the effect of the
internationalization impacts the entire Human resource management. So in accordance to target

needed at the international stage. Moreover to this I was earlier appointed as the HR manager in
which I was obliged to take few of the very crucial strategic decision for the betterment of the
brand of my organization. As the profile of HR manager is entirely based on what desired as it
offers my opportunity to find several techniques as well as tools of the HR manager. This job
profile will increase my problem solving skills as well as critical thinking skills and I focus
towards attaining more and more knowledge regarding the dynamic trends of the consumers
regarding the product or services of my organization.

This will also assist in attaining several opportunities of career. It is one of the most effectual

I am thinking to plan my professional life or career in the field of Human resource as the HR
manager and particularly manager in the digital Human resource and social media manager as it
is one of the most emerging option for the career. I am focused on enhancing several set of skills
as well as my capabilities which is needed in constructing myself as the manager of social media.
So I am required to work on my several skills in which communication, teamwork information
technology, managing social media and creativity skills. It will give me edge in order to attain
my long term as well as short term goals for my future career plan. This is one of the practical

will also leads towards the appropriate implementation as well as effectual method for
