INTRODUCTION
The career view point helps people move on to different stages of life, and in order to
succeed in their work. To have a successful career, there must be an appropriate career plan that
will provide the right direction to reach your career goal. It can be carried out after graduation to
find a suitable job in the field that interests the person. According to a comprehensive skills
review conducted at cw1, it was found that the retail sector is growing rapidly, and there are
many autonomous opportunities for new team members. Marketing managers must work to
understand the ever-changing needs of their customers so that their needs can be met based on
your specific needs and requirements. The goal of serving as a marketing manager requires
problem-solving abilities and creativity, new skills, marketing skills, and gaining valuable
knowledge to develop an effective marketing strategy. This report analyzes a person's strengths
and knowledge about requirements based on the strengths and weaknesses of skills. The report
will focus on having a CV and developing a LinkedIn profile, a job for a person. Proficiency
depends on the field in which a person would like to study. In addition career action is being
prepared that can help student to achieve their goals and objectives.
PESRONAL ANALYSIS
Personal analysis of the personality of students in the direction of their personal
development and professional improvement of the human personality. This assessment will help
me to solve problems get insight about my strengths, weaknesses, skills, and knowledge.
Following my personal analysis of the career path that I have chosen for my professionalism,
marketing and management. To have a successful career enrichment, my main motive is to strive
to be a constant increase in the CV along with my LinkedIn profile. This is due to the fact that
social networks currently play a leading role in creating jobs. On this platform, the recruiter and
candidate can communicate with each other (Lam and Santos, 2018). I chose my career in
marketing and management, and a dedicated social media marketing manager is now trending in
this area. Currently, every company is trying to increase its competitive environment, because it
is only marketing strategies that will help you achieve long-term goals. According to my
personal analysis, there are several things to consider in marketing and management. Effective
communication is necessary when every company wants to be, it is a candidate who knows how
