INTRODUCTION
Career action plan is document that is managed by the people so that best career
development learning might be gained during certain point of time. Also, the present report will
focus on achievable in desired post in the human resource department. Moreover, study will
conduct the personal analysis so that certain strengths and weakness might be identified in well-
defined manner. Also, through such identification certain competencies might be developed or
improved in the future. Lastly, detailed career cation will also be presented so that skills might eb
improved in systematic manner and in limited time frame.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis
Developing the career in the HR profession and selected the job profession as the HR
assistant. My strengths mainly helps me in pursuing this career profession in life and developing
the skills which needed to acquire the HR assistant job profession in future career. With
acquiring various skills will help me in developing the carer in the HR. as with mu good
communication, collaborating skills will help me in working with various individual belonging
for different backgrounds and completing the assigned task on time. As acquiring the job
position in the HR assistant various skills and areas will help me in acquiring the career in big
companies.
Strengths:
My good communication skills will helps me in acquiring the HR profession which help
in contributing as for conversing better and supporting the HR workings for achieving the
company gaols as by helping in hiring, recruiting and selecting the personnels for
working in the company.
With my good team working skills will helps me in resolving various problems faced by
the employees working and complying all the task with collaborating with various
individual for achieving various objectives.
With acquiring the thorough knowledges about the concepts of the software and various
data analytics will help me in operating the HRIS software and developing my career in
the HR profession in better way.

Also, acquiring the good time management skills will help me in working and completing
as the task before time and organizing the working as by prioritizing the daily work for
achieving
Areas of improvements:
With the lack of critical thinking skills will impact my career in taking various decisions
for managing the employees and assigning the workings as for recruiting and hiring the
potential skilled and competent personnels.
With the lack of emotional intelligent skills hinders in balancing the emotions and taking
various decisions patiently. As not being able to control the emptions and anger which
hinders in the job profession as resulting in the conflicts.
Lack of decision-making skills hinders in taking decisions by not able to select the best
alternative for solving the issues arrive while working in the company (Dempsey-Brench,
and Shantz, 2021).
Lack of leadership and organizing skills will hinders in organizing and managing the
multiple task which results in delaying and more tine consuming.
Lack of recruiting skills hinders in hiring and selecting the potential candidate for
working and serving the company. But developing these skills are very important as it
will support me in managing and achieving all the task by supporting the HR workings as
working at HR assistant job profession.
With lack of orientation skills will hinders and impacts my profession, as it hinders the
recruitment and handling processes in achieving and communicating the policies by not
bale o organise the orientation for the new hirers.
Thus with defining the strength and the areas of improvements will help me in improving
my skills by designing the plan which will further helps in acquiring better career opportunity in
the HR job profession.

improved through this action plan would not only help in getting the desired job in the future but
would also serve best platform for developing both personal and professional skills in best of
manner (Ritzhaupt and et.al., 2018). Also, career action would provide clear vision on how
things need to be carried out on regular basis so that best career growth and self development
might be assured in the long run. However, this action plan is based on the personal analysis and
hence it is very important for reviewing through the peers or colleagues so that more information
might be added for better improvement of skills in due course of time. Moreover, career plans
are made so that appropriate motivation level is developed. Also, the career planning helps in the
developing the potential abilities so that bets outcomes might be achieved in the future specifies
career goals. Moreover, through development of proper leadership and organizing skills I would
be able to manage and lead any diverse groups in the organization in most effective manner.

From the above report it can be concluded that bets career action plan would help in
achieving certain short and long term gaols in well-defined manner. Also, the study had
identified certain skills such as communication skills, teamwork skills that are well efficient and
might be used while applying for any HR post and organization in the future. Moreover, report
had analysed skills like recruiting, leadership, organizing etc. that need certain level of
improvement so that best opportunities might be grabbed in the future of working in any reputed
HR organization. Lastly, detailed career action plan had been presented so that skills that are the
