INTRODUCTION Career development plan refers to the plan that helps in achieving certain goals within the specified time period. This report will put focus in order to grab the opportunities in the HR associates that helps to grow future in this career. Further this report will outline the certain skills by doing the SWOT analysis that are developed and some are needed to be developed in order to achieve goal. At last this report will outline the career action plan based on the SWOT analysis that will help in order to improve and enhance the specified skills over the period in order to get the best job in the future. MAIN BODY Personal analysis The personal analysis can be done by using the SWOT analysis which includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (Issayev, Masalimova and Magzumova,2018). By analysing the strengths and weaknesses it will help to know the areas where lacking in order to get the job of HR associates and profession. The personal SWOT analysis is described below: Strengths Good communication skills. Team work skills.Good analytical skills. Weaknesses Poor time-management skills. In order to get the job and career in the HR it is very important to have the good team working skills that helps me to make the team and make them know their duties and tasks. As in my training I was the group leader so by this also it helps me to develop my team working skills in order to work in the future. By having the good analytical and searching skills helps me work in the new and innovative way that helps me to get the job in HR profession. There are also some lacking areas that are needed to be developed in order to get the success in the future. By taking the feedback and from my experiences there are some areas which I need to improve in order to get better performance in life. This will helps me to improve and to learn something new in my career. As from the above SWOT analysis it can be identified that my time-management skills are not good. I have to work on this skill as this will help me to manage and get the work done before the deadline. By completing the projects before the time given helps me to improve my time management skills and this will also help me to have good focus on my career. By analysing the role of team members will make me to distribute the tasks and manage the work accordingly. The feedbacks are the most important part in order to manage the things in the company (Sotnikova and et.al., 2020). I have to improve and enhance my skills and knowledge so that I can work in the workplace in the best and systematic manner. This will provide me an opportunity in order to learn the new softwares by working as the HR profession. As my team management skills were not good which used to make me in stress in order to complete the work on time. By this I was not able to have focus on the other things that are required in the profession. By this personal analysis I have analysed some opportunities that helps me to develop my skills by working in the workplace. This will helps me in learning new software and technical skills and will also develop my conceptual skills in the place where I will be working. As my technical skills were not good, so I will be getting a opportunity to learn the softwares that helps me learn something new and different (Suwarsono and et.al., 2022). By analysing the personal strengths and weaknesses it helps me to know where I am lacking and I must improve these skills by having the proper time frame of developing.
Career action plan From the above analysis it is identifies about the skills where I was lacking and needed to improve on this. By making the career action plan will help me to achieve and improve those skills by enhancing my knowledge. The goals that are derived that will be achieved by having the SMART objectives that helps me to know till when I will be improving on these lacking skills.
