INTRODUCTION
The career cation plan and self-reflection helps an individual in identifying its key
strength and weakness and making an action plan for improving those lacking and development
of those areas for achieving the better opportunities working in the dynamic environment. The
job opportunity identifies as in the online intern in the marketing profession. The key skills and
knowledge required for attaining this profession is mainly including the communication skills,
creativity and problem-solving skills, adaptability, project management and researching skills.
This report mainly provides details about self-reflection on the personal analysis defining the
current skills and knowledge. Also, making the action plan for developing the areas of

Personal analysis
Building career in the marketing profession required various skills and knowledges about
marketing the products and services. As for working in attaining the marketing profession and
acquiring the good communication skills helps me in marketing online in effective way. This

the products and help me in building tb marketing carer smoothly and effectively. as making a
career and choosing the online marketing intern option with using my creativity skills supports
me in marketing and promoting various products in the market (Ayiku and Grant, 2021). Further
more by using my creative skills aids in supporting the company’s products by using various
new and creative ideas will helps me in promoting products in effective way, these aids in
competing into the market for the products.
As the proper knowledge about the various strategies and policies used for marketing the
products online help in achieving success by using great innovative and creative thoughts for
promoting and marketing products into market. With adopting this career option will helps in
grasping and promoting the company and aids in adapting the new latest trends with working
