INTRODUCTION
Career critique can be defined as a way of judging or analysing a career in order to
evaluate it and its operations is known as career critique. In construction industry there are
various kinds of jobs that can be critiqued or critically evaluated (Abdulla, Cunningham and
Gillie, 2017). In construction industry Masonry Wall is one of the most durable part of building
that provide hollow space between outside and inside face of the wall. It is extremely important
for workers working in this industry to have complete knowledge of Masonry Wall, ways in
which it is constructed, reason because of which it is constructed, its use, characteristics etc.
Different people working in construction industry have different view of use of masonry wall.
This assessment will lay emphasis upon gaining factual knowledge about masonry wall through
literature review, gaining viewpoint of different people about use of masonry wall with the help
of interview, characteristic problems that occur in applicability of masonry wall, and evaluation
of operation of knowledge in masonry wall area.

Literature Review on "Masonry Wall" for factual knowledge
According to the view of Hendry and Khalaf, (2017) Masonry wall is one of the most
durable part of a building or a structure. It can also be explained as art and craft of building in
stone, clay, concrete brick. When in construction concrete is poured, reinforced or unreinforced
is done then it is also known as Masonry wall. It is one of the most important type of wall which
is used in construction of variety of purposes. Many times, it is used to make barriers for
boundaries for separating property line, making house or building walls or for many other
structural purposes (Labres and et. al., 2018). One of the main purposes because of which
Masonry wall is used in construction is because it provides strengths, lastingness to the structure,
and help to maintain indoor and outdoor temperature (Labres and et. al., 2018). Not only this, it
further helps in protecting building from outside world. Its use completely depends upon type of
motor which is being mixed. Some of the most common type of Masonry wall used in
construction are: Load-bearing masonry wall, Reinforced masonry wall, Hollow/Cavity masonry
wall, Composite masonry wall, and post-tensioned masonry wall.
As per the view of Al-Fakih and et. al., (2020) there are various types of Masonry walls
that are used for different purposes but out of all of those walls, load bearing Masonry wall is
used the most. This type of wall is constructed with the help of concrete, stones and bricks. This
