Q2. (a) There are four significant ways to find a job such as the job ads, networking, direct
marketing, recruitment agencies. In order to find a job of my own area of preference I need to
search in the job ads with the key words that match my preferences. The job ads can be found in
the internet and also in the newspapers. On the other hand interaction with people can be helpful
in finding jobs. The networking means the interaction with my relative or friend and he or she
can be able to connect me with the person who can be able to provide me with job and in this
process I need to invest time and interact with more people for getting to know more people. On
the other hand the direct marketing is calling to companies or directly approaching them for jobs
it can also be stated as the cold calling. Other than all these factor of recruitment agencies is a
convenient way to find a job. In this process I only need to share my resume and qualification
documents with a recruitment agency and it will then search for jobs suitable for me and connect
me with companies which show interest in hiring me (Berman et al. 2019).
(b) As human resource manager titled job seeker I can say that I would get a job in the way of
finding job advertisement in the internet as it help me searching for the specific job I want to opt
for and it will give me several options. The internet is easily accessible and the job seeking
websites are there which can be accessed and I can search the human resource management job
and apply for those jobs. If my resume selected by any company they will call me and I can be
able to walk in for the interview. This process is not costly or time consuming thus this is a more
effective process for job searching.
(c) On the basis of the job advertisement of Legal Services Commission about the Manager,
Human Resources there are five basic requirements of skills of a person applying for the job. The
proficiency level of these five requirements is high and the required skills are the Human

resource management, leadership, communication skills, multitasking skills and the management
skills. Based on my KSA report and the extracurricular activities the following table for the
proficiency rating of the skills is made:

Human resource management Depending on my KSA I can say that I have a
proficiency level of 4 in this area or expertise. I
have the skills of personnel resourcing and
with the help of the internship and work
placement program I have gathered practical
knowledge in the field as well. I have the skill
of communicating with people and with the
help of this skill I can be able to form
professional relationship with different people
and that helps me in the personnel resourcing
(Berman et al. 2019). I also can be able to
understand the problems of people and help
them solving those problems and all these
factors are the basic steps of my human
resource management skills.
Leadership I have a natural skill of leadership and I can be
able to lead people very effectively. My
decision making skills and the interpersonal
skills help me in understanding people and also
