The major problem that I have found in my work experience is the shortage of
employees at the time of peak load in the organisation (Cave, and Dihal, 2019). As I was
the human resource manager in the organisation I was required to identify the number
of people that has been required in the organisation at the time of peak load and hire
them in the company. But later I face a problem in the shortage of recruitment which
creates overburden in the organisation. In order to solve this problem I have learnt to
use my proactive skills so that I can be able to identify the requirement of employees
proactively and does not face the problem at that time. In order to use the approach at
that time solve the problem I have used to hire contract employees to make that work
done at the time.

In my experience I have faced several times a dilemma in which I was required to manage
different priorities at a time and required to complete several number of task in a short
period of time. In order to manage such kind of situation I have used the decentralization
approach in which I divide my work with my team members so that no member of the team
feel burdened of the work (Skains, 2019). This dividing of task in smaller parts and allotment
of these tasks to various different persons according to their skills helped me to get better
outcome and achieve my goals and objectives in a short period of time.

Being a manager I have faced several project in which I need to persuade others to get the

to complete a large order of the company of 100 units of their product to be provided to the
customer. Although I am the human resource manager of the company but still I worked
hard to complete the order of the company's so that the company can be able to gain more
profitability. I personally worked on this project to motivate all the employees of the
operational unit of the company and persuade them to work effectively with the
organisation. My efforts with the organisation will result in the effectively completion of the
order and helped me to achieve the desired outcome for stop we as a team complete the
order on time and deliver it to the client which help the company to get more orders in

Description
In order to be business ready I need to acquire various skills that are essential to become an
effective human resource personnel. In order to make myself business ready I need to develop my
effective communication skills and time management skills so that I can be able to demonstrate
myself in present in front of others and manage the time in effective manner. I have experienced of
taking various interviews which is required to communicate with different candidates having
different skill sets.
Feelings
I feel that with the above experience of taking so many interviews of different candidates with
different skill sets I was able to effectively develop my communication skills (Holthaus, and Stock,
2018). The experience with different types of candidates helps me in various manner so that I can be
able to communicate with them.
Evaluation
When I evaluate my interaction with the candidates and also the notice is that I dropped as a human
resource manager in my last company I have found that I have both positive and negative points
from that experience. The positive point of taking that experience is that I have developed my
communication skills with the help of taking interviews of the candidates. But there are many
candidates who just apply for the job and does not have any kind of skill set that are well suited for
the requirements. This has resulted in the wastage of my time and provides me and irritated and bad
experience with the work.
Analysis
Actually the situation makes the sense and helps me to effectively know about the various cultures
needs and modern trends in the human resource field and also helps me to develop my vocabulary
and listening skills that are most important in the enhancement of communication skills (Avis, 2018).
With the help of analyses of the evaluation that I have made above and to make the sense of the
situation I have analysed that I will able to develop my communication skills with the help of my
experience that has been described above.
Conclusion
With the help of experience I have gained in this many years. I have learnt the importance of
communication skills in an individual that has a direct effect on the talent management of the
company. I have used various approaches to provide effective training to the employees of the
organisation to enhance their communication skills which helps me to be different and also helps the
employees to enhance their communication skills in effective manner. I have also analysed that I
need to work on my time management skills so that I can be able to to complete my work in more

If I have experience the same situation in the next time and are required to take interview of several
candidates at a time I will also use my effective communication skills to evaluate the skill sets of
individuals in the organisation. I will also use my time management skills to manage my time and

Concrete experience
At a time I face a situation in which I have a lot of work to be binding on me and I don't have proper
time to complete the work in effective manner in such a short period of time. As a human resource
manager, I was required to draft the interview letters of various candidates and also have a burden
to send hire letters to the candidates whose cat clear their interviews earlier. All this work should be
done by me in two days only to help the organisation in getting required candidates for the work of
the organisation. In order to manage this kind of situation I have used my team workers and assign
the work to them. I have divided by work in small parts and allowed them to different candidates
according to the time that has been taken by the walk to complete it in effective manner and
draught as well as mail all the letters on the given time.

I have filled in this kind of situation that this burden of work is due to my laziness which I have done
in typing the higher letter to the employees at that time when the clear the interview. I have also

such a drastic situation.

manner. I have learnt from the experience that I should work on my time management skills and
