INTRODUCTION Reflecting on the individual skills as well as goals is very important as it helps indeterminingwhatisworkingbestandwhatisnotgoodforpersonaland professional development (Wagner, 2016). Considering this, the main aim of the current report is to reflect on the current strengths and weaknesses and work related goals. Overall, an action plane for personal development will be prepared. WORK RELATED GOALS & STRATEGIES The two most important goals are: GoalsHow to achieve them Getting higher position at the workplace This can be attained by employing more efforts and improving the quality of work. Other than this, there are certainqualities whicharerequiredtobedeveloped suchascommunication,commitment,listeningand leadership skills (Wegner and et.al, 2015). Motivating team for attaining goals of the organization This goal can be attained by encouraging the team members to work harder by offering different incentives, bonus and other benefits. I also need to make improvement in my inter-personal skills and decision making skills. Further, I need to work in collaboration for attaining the desired goals (Ryan, 2017). PERSONAL STRENGTHS StrengthsHow to enhance Good communication skills For enhancing this skill, it is important to first learn the ways of listening to others. Further, it is crucial that onemustcheckthemessagepriorsendingitto others.Even,understandingthebodylanguageof others can help in enhancing this skill (Bassot, 2013) Delegation Through establishment of task hierarchical system. In addition to this, it is also crucial to trust the other workers in regards with the quality of work. others. Good team work Throughhavingoptimisticmind-set,sharing experiences and setting team rules will enhance this skill. Additionally, it is also crucial to know and be aware in regards with the common goals and aim so that all can work in collaboration with each other for effectively attaining the desired shared goals (Shum and et.al, 2017) PERSONAL WEAKNESSES WeaknessesHow to improve Problem solvingThis can be improved by emphasizing on solutions andnottheproblemandthroughhavingpositive thinking. Clearing defining of issues and adapting is also an important way of enhancing this ability (Ross, 2014) Time management and planning Withthehelpofprioritizingoftasks,setting deadlines,schedulingandlearningpatternsof productivity will help in making improvement in the time management skills (Bradley, 2013) Learn to be more patientIt is important to make sure that there should be no judgemental feeling and to become a good listener.
