INTRODUCTION
Employability described as situation which help an individual to get a job or it can be
deafen as set of achievement and skill that allow person to understand their personal attributes.
Moreover, it motivates graduate to more likely to gain employment and to be successful in their
selected area of work that will benefit community and economy. On the other hand, career
development is known as process through which an individual can manage their career. This is
basically known as support from an organization that will provide employee with professional
growth a movement to a new position (Healy, Hammer and McIlveen, 2022). Although support
can be taken from mentor, skill development and networking. In addition to this, both
employability and career development is necessary for a graduate in order to improve their skill
level and to find area of job which suits their skill set. Moreover, in the present report details
regarding methods that can help in development of career like curriculum Vitae and professional
networking. Along with this, the study will define their importance, definition and strategies
which can help in improving methods of employability. Furthermore, skills assessment will be
defining and how test result will help in developing career and give better job option on the basis
of test result.

It is abbreviated as CV and known as document that job applicant uses to showcase their
accomplishments like academic and professional. Although CV is used to apply for position in
any company or to gain any knowledge under expert. It is usually known as long resume which
must include information that recruiter needs to verify skills and experience as well as
educational qualification (Hobson and et.al., 2022). Moreover, Curriculum Vitae include
personal information, education, work experience, awards, skills and public presentation. In
addition to this, resume and CV is similar and they both are document that summarize
professional education and skills. Thus, it allows an individual to present themselves in effective
manner.
Importance of CV

It is one of the most valuable tool which helps in getting a good job interview so it is
necessary for an individual to tailor their CV before applying for a job or when most likely to get
in an interview. Along with this, it allows an individual to show employer skill set and
experience as well as to be the right person for the job (Lipton, 2022). It also acts as tool for
career development as it motivates individual to show their work experience and knowledge to
employer and to find the best job according to their need and skills. Curriculum Vitae ate should
not present false fact rather it should tell truth because inaccuracies will have negative effect on
job.
Strategies or Tip for CV
In order to make Curriculum Vitae stand out an individual need to start with a summary of
accomplishment and skills set and it will attract the recruiter and grab their attention. It is also
important to present right impression so that employer can gain knowledge. Along with this,
another crucial point is to customize for the job like respond directly as it will contribute in
finding right position within company. Moreover, growth needs to be highlight this will help
recruiter to learn a lot about past position and commitment to learn and enhance skill set.
Networking
It is known as process of developing connections in order to build healthy relation. All such
connection helps in gaining knowledge, advice and contacts as well as informed career decisions.
Along with this, networking will help in identifying jobs and internship programme which helps
in improving employability. This is very important for an individual at all stages of career like
graduates to executive levels (Obukhova and Kleinbaum, 2022). Moreover, the goal of
professional networking is to ask favour from any other person regarding job as well as to help
them in return. Although it can be build both online and offline person like networking events,
current job and social media sites towards professionals.
Importance
It is important because it helps in finding new job and it should become a part of daily
schedule as well as career networking should be when needed the most. It involves using
professional, personal and familiar contact which help with job search (Le and Lin, 2021).
Moreover, networking is one of the best way to find opportunity for career development or to get

in a company. It is also very crucial in employment area because it help an individual to get hired
and to growth their career.
Strategies
Some of the tip for good career development is to include right people that will include
people which can assist in finding right job or career move. Right type of people includes present
and Co- workers, bosses and friend (Domahidi and et.al., 2022). Moreover, an individual should
provide referrals to people who work within company or have information about organization.
Along with this, keep in touch with the network regularly through email as people will be more
willing to help.

The result of Discover skill test is I am very creative person and enjoy coming up with
innovative ways of doing things. Along with this, I also love helping other people and listen to
them properly. Also one of the most important things I liked about myself is I like to plan things
and do the task in very organized way. Although after assessment some of the careers has been
suggested such as administration, Government services, creative and media. Moreover, all such
skills will help in finding suitable job but I think need to work more in communication skill so
that I can present my thoughts and ideas to other without any ambiguity. Along with this for
career like creative media I need to learn how to make use of digital tools so that I can generate
good outcomes. The result of Discovery skill set can be used for career development as now days
most of the companies wants to hire people who can think out of the box and I think that suits
my skill sets.
Skill health check:
This test is deep collection of assessment and it will help in knowing about personal and work
based skills. All such information will help in preparing for an interview and personal
development. Moreover, Personal skill set has helped in identifying and understand what is
important for the job and how an individual can be good fit. Along with this, through skill
assessment I have identified that handling pressure is a skill area that I feel more comfortable and

able to perform task easily (Skill health check., 2022). Also I have leadership qualities to guide
other people and to help them achieving their goals in positive manner. I can make use of all
such skills to develop my career and to work under every situation. Moreover, result has
suggested to adopt for legal or social services as I am able to understand people situation a help
them finding solution for their problem.
Thus, from both the test it can be concluded that some my skills like creative thinking is good
but I still need to work on learning new technologies and communication.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that career development is one of the most
important part of an individual as it helps in finding suitable job and to deal with tough situation.
Moreover, it can be concluded that there are various ways of developing employability and
career such as CV. Which is known as set of document which present personal summary and
skill set an individual have and how much fit he or she is for the job. In the report another
method like networking has been define which is known as process of building healthy relation
with others. It is also professional way of collaborating with others in order to find appropriate
job and to look for better development. In addition to this, report has depicted about assessment
reflection in which details regarding tow test has been given which present data regarding
personal and work skill set. Thus, there is need to develop all such abilities which will help an
individual in developing their career and to give their best in the job. Moreover, improving
oneself is crucial and it can be done through better education and join learning courses as well as
taking experience through internship.
