INTRODUCTION
CV is the Latin phase of curriculum vitae which indicates the meaning 'course of life'. It
is the detail document that highlights the professional and academic history of an individual. It
involves details like work experience, certificates, experiences and scholarships and grants that
an individual has learnt. Interview is the conversion between two or more persons in which one
person ask some questions related to professional and personal life. This is done at the time when
a person is applying for any job position (Garcia, 2017) . CV and interviews are the part of
Human resource manager. Mangers responsibility is to hire and select the best candidates for the
company so that they can help them in achieving success of organisation. This portfolio consist
of curriculum vitae and cover letter. Then it some interview questions that are to be asked by the
mangers at the time of interviews.

1. A CV
As in this portfolio I am applying for the role of Human resources manager. As HR
manager is the one who managed all the activities performed in the business operations and his
responsibility is to hire and select the best candidates for the company. A CV and resume are
similar to each other because they both are documents and they summarize individuals
professional history, skills and abilities and education, experiences and achievements and
certifications. A resume is a short form document that provides overview of skills, roles and
education details (Torres and Gregory, 2018). On the other hand, CV is the detailed document
that mostly focus on academic and professional details. So, here is the curriculum vitae discussed
below:
