INTRODUCTION
Employability described as situation which help an individual to get a job or it can be
deafen as set of achievement and skill that allow person to understand their personal attributes.
Moreover, it motivates graduate to more likely to gain employment and to be successful in their
selected area of work that will benefit community and economy. On the other hand, career
development is known as process through which an individual can manage their career. This is
basically known as support from an organization that will provide employee with professional
growth a movement to a new position (Healy, Hammer and McIlveen, 2022). Although support
can be taken from mentor, skill development and networking. In addition to this, both
employability and career development is necessary for a graduate in order to improve their skill
level and to find area of job which suits their skill set. Moreover, in the present report details
regarding methods that can help in development of career like curriculum Vitae and professional
networking. Along with this, the study will define their importance, definition and strategies
which can help in improving methods of employability. Furthermore, skills assessment will be
defining and how test result will help in developing career and give better job option on the basis
of test result.

Curriculum Vitae
It is abbreviated as CV and known as document that job applicant uses to showcase their
accomplishments like academic and professional. Although CV is used to apply for position in
any company or to gain any knowledge under expert. It is usually known as long resume which
must include information that recruiter needs to verify skills and experience as well as
educational qualification (Hobson and et.al., 2022). Moreover, Curriculum Vitae include
personal information, education, work experience, awards, skills and public presentation. In
addition to this, resume and CV is similar and they both are document that summarize
professional education and skills. Thus, it allows an individual to present themselves in effective
manner.
