When I was in school I really wants to build and make my career in marketing field, so I
choose and decide that I am works on my language for effective communication and i work on
personality. So development of these things it develops confidence when retail industry develop
job opportunities I really look forward that this opportunity I can easily take but some time I feel
I have threat as well which impacts on my career. I prepare chart and I analyse which aspect
impacts on my career.
Strength:
My strength is my communication and confidence which is beneficial for this retail
industry marketing executive post, and also I did course in marketing field so its relay beneficial
for my career growth.
Weakness
My weakness is that when I was in school and college that time most of the retail
industry not applies technology advancement in their marketing strategy, and its essential for
retail company job.

Retail industry provides multiple benefits like they explain that if any individual wants to
build their career in this field they have to clear knowledge about communication. So my power
of effective communication is the best option for this opportunity.

So on the basis of the retail company requirement I choose that I develop my knowledge
in technological tools and I prefer that I gain knowledge into overall retail industry which things
are essential for it. On the basis of my strength I am confident that I can easily do interview and
I decide customer services, technological skills, mathematical skills, selling skills improve for
my effective future growth in this particular field. Attraction with new people, audience,
different customer choices and practical knowledge is the best option for me. So I really believe
and understand about application of this activity. Retail industry has multiple option not only
marketing field but this company provide opportunity for marketing students and company has
multiple sector and it is very broad, so I decide that and I wish to make may career in it, and I
have potential and confidence as well.

Knowledge: the right amount of knowledge regarding the various parts that will have to be
chosen and the professional development will have to be enhanced is necessary because without
knowledge of person cannot interpret the challenges in this present competitive atmosphere. The
career action plan is more oriented with the right amount of educational skills that will pave way
towards success. This is oriented with inculcating a research-based knowledge that can highlight
the probable measures that will have to be inhibited in further actions (Direito and et.al, 2019).
Skills: based on the personal analysis the skill that identified will include communication skill
which will play a major role with respect to career development. This communication skill with
regard to organisational entity is necessary because in an organisation there are certain measures
that will have to be dealt with and communication skills will play a major role in understanding
the prospects. The various other skills will also include the numerical skills as well as the
flexibility that is necessary for organisations to cope up with the choices of a person (Homsey,
