INTRODUCTION
It is important for all the individuals.
Mai aim is to develop the skill and the performances of the
individuals.
Provide opportunities to the individuals.
Three career development theories will be included in the
analysis.

HOLLAND’S THEORY- CHOICE OF
CAREER
Holland, provides a relationship between the work environment and the personality
of the employees
Holland has divided the personality trait of the individuals into six basic categories.
Conventional: Analytical and methodical
Social: Helpful
Investigative: more likely to solve problems and experiment with data.
Realistic: Practical
Artistic: Innovative and essentially puts their imaginative skills into the work theta
they do.
Enterprising: Born to be a leader.
He has provided the understanding that the some of the personality traits can work
with other personality traits, and thus, can contribute to a positive work environment.

SUPER THEORY- DONALD E. SUPER
Provided a theory based on the Personality Development and
Self- enhancement.
The self- concept is more like a life stage, where an individual
is required to execute a chain of roles and these roles develop
over time and with experiences and with a self- development.
The careers choices, made by a persons is much influenced by
the attributes that contribute in the development of the
people.
Skills and the educational qualifications influence the career
choice.
Career maturity and self- maturity are both mutually inclusive
and co-dependent on each other.
