In addition to that, products and services offered by business organisations operating in Construction industry is inclusive of developing residential and non-residential building, industrial construction, and infrastructure, etc. Being a large and wide industry with higher growth potential lies in being the major purpose behind consideration of this particular industry for future career. In order to be precise, the chosen job role in construction industry i.e.,Architectis one of the most preferred job role in the respective industry. Furthermore, primary and major of activities performed by an Architect include Planning, Designing, and Monitoring the procedures or processes going-on towards accomplishment of desired goals and objectives(Ninan, Sergeeva, and Winch, 2022). In order to move further, it is necessary to understand the factors and aspects that result in impacting upon this particular industry in some or the other manner. For instance, advancement of technology as well as concern over safety precautions among major factors and aspects impacting upon constructions.
