Self-esteem- Always be in the position of having confidence in own substance or abilities.
Accountability- be accountable and own my actions. I admit making mistakes and cuddles

Honesty refers to a facade of moral character and predicts positive and virtuous
characteristics such as integrity and frankness (Greenhaus et al., 2009).
Excellence- This value denotes aspect of ‘be your best.’ Never admit taking shortcuts in my
deeds hence challenging my intellectual, and moves forward looking for creative and
inventive ways to particular tactic errands.
Leadership- The value is capable of leading others in performing tasks in the life. I take
charge and acts as an example to others hence becoming role models for many young
individuals.
Value consideration is vital in career management as it guides one in getting to know how to
tackle some actions that are inevitable in life (Goetsch 2013).
The field of work I propose to pursue is in Auditing, Accounting, Management and
Compliance. Throughout my course, I have attained plentiful hard skills that I can be applied
in my field; bank reconciliation, numerical competence, financial Reports interpretation, risk
planning and lastly process of auditing.

Being capable of communicating effectually is the most significant of all life abilities one
may have. It is simply the performance of transferring info from one place to another. It
might be vociferous, written, visually or non-verbally. A good communicator is one who
possesses listening capabilities (Kerzner, 2013, p 78). One should always make sure he/she
listens to what is said by another party to be able to communicate back as expected. Leading
skills that facilitated leading organizations in our hometown have enabled me to
communicate effectively with others. The aptitude to disclose information precisely, clearly
and as envisioned, is a vibrant life skill and aspect not be overlooked (Savitz-Romer et al.,
2015). It is certainly not too late one to work on his/her communication abilities and by doing
so improving superiority of life. Skilfully, if one is applying for occupations or beholding for
a promotion with present employer, positively need to demonstrate decent communication
skills. Skills are desirable to speak suitably with a wide diversity of people while sustaining
good eye contact, validating varied vocabulary and tailoring the language to audiences.
My role in leading various charitable groups like Great Australia Youth Forum (GAYF) have
enabled me to portray excellent organizational and administrative skills. Am in position to
administer several tasks that the entire group carried out in the society and seeing the success
of them hence good results. Premeditated planning and implementation, robust time
management, and prioritizing responsibilities as they arose were perilous in certifying the
social group operated accordingly particularly when there were many tasks needing
accomplishment.
Through undergraduate degree course and past engagement, the capability to work as part of
a squad has been an average requirement. Cooperation is indispensable in almost any work
atmosphere (Chudzikowski et. al 2017). Inquisitive one’s ability to exert in a team is
consequently one of an interviewer's preferences. They will be looking for an indication of

some core aptitudes like the capacity to communicate effectively with others. The research of
Brown (2002) suggests that as a team affiliate, one should be heedful of his/her role and parts
of the other members to warrant successful outcomes. At GAYF was able to participate in
teams that were assigned in undertaking specific tasks to the society and ensure success at the
end of operations.
Currently, as a customer service member in Nestle Company, there are individual customer
facility skills that every worker must master if he/she is forward pebbledash with their clients.
According to (Karl, 2004) without customers, one may run the jeopardy of finding the
corporate in an embarrassing customer provision train-wreck, or just mislay customers as the
given service endures in letting people down. Attentiveness as the ability to listening to
customers is so critical for providing a great amenity for some motives. Goal oriented focus
should be an aspect of every member of customer service team and organization at large as it
guides on how the operations should be undertaken.
Having undertaken several projects in GAYF as a leader of the society, it provided my
capabilities of managing projects. As a project manager was aware the responsibilities of
managing the interface between all shareholder groups, each of whom has their prospects and
project accomplishment criteria. A study by Watson (2015) shows that project manager
frequently well served by tapping their personality’s aside and possessing significant
demonstrative distance from their work. Project manager position demands an overall distinct
skill set and personality silhouette. A competent leader recurrently balances five projects
efficiently - prestige, knowledge, security, money and time (Ebert et al. 2014). For a project
recognize as successful, all participants have to compose that they acknowledged an ongoing
altercation at the end of the venture.
