restaurant is representing the Spanish taste in the dishes which has been served by the
management. It is very famous in the local area and people often love to visit there for the
party or family dinners. The infrastructure of Sabor has designed in such a unique which give
offer great atmosphere to the customers to chill there and enjoy the Spanish cuisine (Gottlieb,
and Travis, 2018). The working staff is completely trained and efficient in handling the
customers. The main target of the restaurant Sabor is to avail all the essential of famous
dishes by utilizing all the sea foods in different days of the weeks, along with all the seasonal
and organic vegetables.

Personal Statement
Sabor Restaurant is my first preference to take a first step towards attaining the aim of
becoming a manager. As this will provide me all the possibilities through which I can grow
better skills in me. For this it is important for me to take detailed examination of the current
abilities that will support me in achieving this position in Sabor Restaurant. By talking about
my education background then I may not have that rigid degree of hotel management. But I

have that potential explore in this field, and, this is because I have started my career in this
industry. Due to this I have became more interested in the working of the restaurants and set
the aim of getting the job manager in Sabor. But there are few areas on which I have to focus
and for this can opt some skill development program. In hospitality sector it is necessary to
have the knowledge regarding the type of services that should be offered by the management
to their customers. Currently, my job is related to the position of supervisor in a famous Sea
Container restaurant, this job role has given me so many experiences, thorough which I get so
much confident in dealing with customer. This position has given me the quality of being a
good leader as I have to take continuous look on the activities of my juniors who are working
in my team. It will support me in identifying the places that can hamper the functioning of the
restaurant and make it difficult for the management to utilize all the given resources in the
most productive way. Along with this, my past experience is almost relatable to the current
working, in last few years I have worked in two more restaurants whose name are The Prine
Akatoki and The Arch Restaurant. These two restaurants are located in London and here I
worked as the supervisor. Not only this I have also appointed as the room attendee and this
give the idea that how maintenance of the internal infrastructure of the restaurant can
influence the behavior of the customers. In future, when I will start working in the Sabor
restaurant then I will focus on all these factors which will help in ensuring the better growth
of the business. I will also utilize my other skills in my working will support my colleagues to
do their best in the operational activity of the business. My knowledge of marketing and
finance will guide me in making the right plan of action for Sabor restaurant and try to
develop the good service and product offering in the list of the management. By applying
new forms of techniques will help in attaining the goals more effectively and efficiently. To
achieve all this, I am planning to apply in the reputable business management college, as this
will take me more close towards my dream of becoming a hotel manager. With this I will also

At this position I am responsible for managing the front side of the restaurant. In
this I am liable to look out the people who are working under me and guide and
monitor them for the better working of the task. My duty is to assist my subordinate
by giving the motivation and encouragement towards the accomplishment of the
jobs which have been assigned to them. By this I ensure the working habit of the
employees and their efficiency in giving the work before the set deadlines. My
work is about the management where I am bound to deal wi9th the customers or the
guests who are arriving their and providing them all the facilities. Along with this
handling the booking activity and informing the online customers about the new
schemes and offerings of the restaurant.
 Breakfast supervisor at The Prince Akatoki London
The work responsibility at this position is to take care about all the breakfast
requirements and demands of the customers. Here, I keep focus on those members
who are appointed under me and control their work performance. I take orders, look
out the service faculty for the guests and try to improve them in most efficient
manner. Keeping the cleanliness during the preparation of the breakfast and
eliminating all chaotic situation among the staff, in order to ensure the smooth
working in the management.

After the few weeks of joining, I was working as the room attendee but later on I
