INTRODUCTION
Personal portfolio is an instrument that will used by any other individual to combine
all the necessary information, in respect to the academic and other work experience. It is
basically a detailed structure that contains all the relevant points which have the ability to
explain about the qualities of the person. This outline of portfolio completely relies on the
concept of an individual’s future goals and expectation, along with some targets which he or
she wants to achieve in some set period of timeline (Hodge, 2020). So, altogether portfolio
contains varieties of elements that depicts the back ground of the individual and aptitudes
which could be utilised by them in serving any business institution. In this report, the
importance of portfolio in the career growth of a person has been explained. In addition to

customers. The main target of the restaurant Sabor is to avail all the essential of famous

and organic vegetables.

Sabor Restaurant is my first preference to take a first step towards attaining the aim of
becoming a manager. As this will provide me all the possibilities through which I can grow
better skills in me. For this it is important for me to take detailed examination of the current
abilities that will support me in achieving this position in Sabor Restaurant. By talking about
my education background then I may not have that rigid degree of hotel management. But I

industry. Due to this I have became more interested in the working of the restaurants and set
the aim of getting the job manager in Sabor. But there are few areas on which I have to focus
and for this can opt some skill development program. In hospitality sector it is necessary to
have the knowledge regarding the type of services that should be offered by the management
to their customers. Currently, my job is related to the position of supervisor in a famous Sea
Container restaurant, this job role has given me so many experiences, thorough which I get so
much confident in dealing with customer. This position has given me the quality of being a
good leader as I have to take continuous look on the activities of my juniors who are working
in my team. It will support me in identifying the places that can hamper the functioning of the
restaurant and make it difficult for the management to utilize all the given resources in the
most productive way. Along with this, my past experience is almost relatable to the current
working, in last few years I have worked in two more restaurants whose name are The Prine
Akatoki and The Arch Restaurant. These two restaurants are located in London and here I
worked as the supervisor. Not only this I have also appointed as the room attendee and this
give the idea that how maintenance of the internal infrastructure of the restaurant can
influence the behavior of the customers. In future, when I will start working in the Sabor
restaurant then I will focus on all these factors which will help in ensuring the better growth
of the business. I will also utilize my other skills in my working will support my colleagues to
do their best in the operational activity of the business. My knowledge of marketing and
finance will guide me in making the right plan of action for Sabor restaurant and try to
develop the good service and product offering in the list of the management. By applying
new forms of techniques will help in attaining the goals more effectively and efficiently. To
achieve all this, I am planning to apply in the reputable business management college, as this
will take me more close towards my dream of becoming a hotel manager. With this I will also
